High End Spacious Home in the best laid back part of Florida's Gulf coast. Right on the border between Venice and Englewood you are only a 5-10 minute drive from either and only about 15-20 minutes from Lemon Bay.

The home itself is only a short 3 minute drive to the closest beach (Manasota) and also comes with it's own screened in pool. Inside you'll find a beautiful modern look with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 Living and 2 dining areas. Perfect for families and groups. Can sleep up to 10 people on beds and couches and plenty of inside/outside seating

Awesome Beach Retreat
Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed every aspect from plent of room to the pool and grill. The beach is soo close too! Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Thank you!

Wouldn't recommend...
Pros: convenient to stores and beach, decorated nicely, multiple televisions, comfortable pillows, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, pots/pans, towels, laundry detergent. Cons: floors (sand on bathroom floor, crumbs under kitchen table) and pool dirty on arrival. pool was cleaned the next day after we arrived but I wouldn't let my son swim in it until then. The house overall, while decorated nicely, is unkempt. Holes in the walls, leaves in the gutters weeds between the bricks on the pool deck, bricks caved in on the pool deck. Furniture inside and outside the house is uncomfortable to sit on. The house is not in a neighborhood, it sits on a 6-lane street next to a church. You can't even hear yourself think when sitting outside. The church parking lot directly abuts the property (which is not in the description) the lights from the parking lot shine into the master bedroom ALL night long. The curtains and blinds on the windows don't block it out. The queen size bed was so uncomfortable my husband slept on the twin bed in the room with my son. The worst part was Wed.-Sat. (of a Mon.-Mon. rental) the church had work being done to the grounds.Cement trucks, lawn people, sawing/removing the old pavement and putting down new pavement. We drank coffee there in the morning then left until night. Luckily we were visiting a relative with a pool who lives in nice neighborhood. It was the most unrelaxing vacation I've had in a long time.

Lovely house with a warm pool
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Pool was always warm and clean. 5 minutes from Manasota Key Beach. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 6 plus our doodle! Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean home. Lots of room to relax. Kitchen had needed appliances. (Drip Coffee maker, ninja Blender). Most importantly, Michael was an expert host and most helpful, responsive and professional.

Awesome vacation
Beautiful experience. Every was so easy. Beginning with communication with the host , Michael. Always returned any questions we had so promptly. When we entered the beautiful house it was so clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday. The pool temperature was around 87. So nice Kitchen had everything you need. You must get use to the traffic noise. We played music. Over all had a super experience. Hope to go back next year.

This was a great stay - the host was quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. The pool area was great - water was warm in the middle of October and there were enough towels for the four of us. A small downside is the location on the road. It’s on a major thoroughfare- but the backyard is very private so it balanced out. Would definitely stay again!

Great place!
Great place, great location. Michael is a wonderful host. He went above and beyond for me. We had 7 people in the house with a couple of dogs… very roomy! Close proximity to beaches and anything you may need while in town. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Michael’s place.

Great stay!
Very nice home. Good pool and good location. Just off a highway is the only drawback. Can't hear any road noise once you are inside the home which was a plus. Only down side is the busy highway with getting out of the driveway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Venice stay
We stayed here with a group of 7. Great house! The pool was fantastic and the house overall was awesome. It’s on a main highway so there’s not a lot to walk to but we still had a blast. Take the 15 min ride up to Nokomis beach. It’s worth it.

Fantastic!
My family and I stayed in June 2023 and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was very well kept and well stocked with essentials. As mentioned it was a very short drive to the beach. The location offers several different beaches which we spent a day at each. The owner was in touch when he needed to be and provided everything we needed and more. We cant wait to visit the area again and will definitely look to book this property first! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Girls' relaxation getaway
This was the perfect location for a fun and relaxing girls' weekend. The house is gorgeous and has room for everyone to have their own space while having plenty of shared spaces. We spent the majority of our time by the pool enjoying the sun and serenity. The local farmers market was a wonderful addition with fresh produce that we enjoyed during our time. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the house was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The property owner was great with communication and very responsive of any questions and community information. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Florida Vacation Home
I highly recommend booking Michael’s home! The pool alone makes it worth it. Check-in and communication with the host is impeccable. The beds are so comfortable, too- definitely a perk. As others have said, the house is situated on a very busy road, but you don’t hear the road noise while enjoying your time outside around the pool. Manasota beach is just a few minutes away, and the area is easy to navigate. The house has a grill, beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach toys, pool toys and noodles, and an equipped kitchen, among tons of other amenities! The house can accommodate 3-4 cars, if you park one in the garage, one off of to the side of the driveway, and 1-2 on the driveway.

Clean and spacious.
The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool is also in excellent condition. Overall a great value. Downside- it is located on a busy highway. I would do an aerial view so you have a good idea of the surroundings. Otherwise you will be happy.

Very comfortable and tastefully decorated vacation home with a pool and 3 min. from the gulf.
Enjoyable stay with an especially relaxing warm pool. Amazingly, the pool area has it's own dedicated outdoor1/2 bath, so you don't have to enter the house to use the facilities. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioner was perfect. The home was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. We loved the extra amenities of the air fryer and outdoor grill (that now has a full tank of propane as it was empty and had to be refilled). Great extras too like paper towels, laundry soap, dryer sheets and dishwasher pods. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer worked easily and very well. Host is a great communicator and was very helpful when we had an issue with the internet/WIFI and streaming TV that was out from Sat. afternoon until Monday late evening. Michael came to help with a temporary hot spot arranged to get everything up and functioning until the cable company could come on Wed. As stated in previous reviews, the home is on a very busy highway and could be loud at times, but was not usually a problem. We loved the area of Englewood/Venice. We felt very safe and could easily get to any store, restaurant, or gas station. We especially loved the town of Venice with its village like area with the quaint shops and boutiques. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Love this House!
This is a beautifully decorated house with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the pool was warm and inviting. This house would be good for a larger family as it has 3 bedrooms and separate living room and family room areas with their own TVs, so everyone can do their own thing. The house is about 5 minutes from Manasota Key which is a real plus, particularly if you want to see the beautiful sunsets. The property owners is responsive and wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend this house and location.
