Book this for your stay in the area

It’s rare for me to give such a glowing review, but this property was so much fun to stay at. It’s really steps away from the beach in one direction and steps away from the start of all the shops and restaurants in the other. The room was clean and modern, there were a ton of amenities to check out and use, and I wish we could have stayed far longer than the two nights we did. Can’t remember if all the rooms had an ocean view, but that made it more inviting.

Perfect studio apartment for a small family. The hotel is super cute and comfortable. They have everything you need for your stay from beach wagons to coolers. I can't imagine how long it took them to accumulate all the decor items but the effect is worth it because it reminds you what a beach vacation is for, fun. It's a lovely place and I would stay again and again.

An amazing gem. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The ladies at reception were so cheery and friendly, greeting you every time you past and asking about your plans. They were super helpful providing information on the area and booking trips. The reception area has so many extras for your use…just help yourself to beach towels, coolers, chairs, toys, bikes, etc. Would love to come back and stay longer!

This is a lovely hotel with the village nearby on one side and the ocean on the other. The staff are all very pleasant and the dog playing football in the lobby is a plus. I found it difficult to adapt to the fact that the reception staff was present only between 9 am and 5 pm

Wow! Talk about looking after all the little details. This place had everything one needs for a fabulous stay in Port Douglas. The in-room amenities were plentiful and the printed guides were full of detail. The extra amenities for spending the day at the beach were amazing as well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Ugh rations are plentiful and do not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

Highly Recommend By The Sea

The team were welcoming and friendly from the moment we booked. Whatever we needed, they had it ready to go in reception (to name a few coffee machines, beach chairs, bikes, coolers, ice machine, water chiller, gym weights and yoga mats) to ensure we enjoyed the beach (300m walk if that) and exploring the rainforest. The facilities were excellent for the money and we would happily stay again. Our top tip: borrow one of the 4 wheel carts, load up the chairs and coolers and roll down to the beach for the day! We would have loved to have stayed longer but sadly onto the next stop in our trip!
