"I booked this hotel back in August 2017 for my stay on Feb.24th. I tried to check in with my confirmation number and they said that they could not find it. I called Expedia and the protocol should have been for the hotel to call me or Expedia to confirm the reservation. I think they ignored my reservation so that they could get travelers who were staying longer. I then had to drive 40 minutes back and forth to find a place to stay for the night."

"The house was the best my family has ever stayed at. The pool was the highlight of the property, as it had so much to offer (perfect depth, size, three water falls, relaxing chairs with pool bubbler) it was perfect.
