“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. “What a monumental disappointment. No bathroom in the room, no AC. Terrible staff. I mean she (or they) couldn’t care less that I was there. The person made Checking in seem like a giant inconvenience to them. Then when I asked about AC it was like I was a jerk for even thinking about it, never mind it was 85° out. Then they begrudgingly passed me a fan. There are no bathrooms in the room. They need to spell that out on the front page, because I didn’t know about it until I got there. No……
