I will never book this hotel again
Posted Sep 12, 2023 on HotelsWorst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. First day, the tub was blocked. I was standing in water up to my shins. The rooms are the size of a shoebox so I requested to change into a larger room which was available online for less than I had paid for but after three hours of back and forth directly and through hotels.com they still refused and pretended they are sold out, even though they weren't.
For a 4 star hotel the breakfast is a shame! Most of the food is thawed from frozen or out of a packet. The bread is an absolute disgrace to Italy! If you want to fill your water bottle for the day they charge you.
The staff is unfriendly.
The location is just alright. Metro station is a 5 minute walk and it takes 15 minutes on the metro to get to downtown.
I will never stay here again. 2 star comfort for 5 star prices!

Great hotel

Walkable, a lot of restaurants nearby. Walking distance for train and friendly staff

Great Hotel.
