The phone in the room doesn’t work. Front desk did not seem concerned. The dining service was closed indefinitely except for limited breakfast. Restaurants were not within a reasonable .
I stayed 2 nights with family for an event that we were able to walk to from the hotel. It was easy, peaceful, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant serves a good breakfast, and Bissel Bros Brewpub has a great menu a short walk/drive away. Quiet, easy, and peaceful. Would stay there again!
Peaceful clean room, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, easy free parking and easy walk to our event and Bissell Bros Brewpub (great food!). Also a good and plentiful breakfast available at the hotel. We were there two nights and would definitely stay there again!
We got a hotel because we live local and lost power. I booked in the morning and tried to call the hotel to see if I could check in early, but nobody would answer the phone. I drove an hour to the hotel to ask in person only to be turned away and told we can't check in until 3. It would've saved me two hours had somebody answered initially when I called. No problem though. I Come back at 3 pm and check into our room to find that our toilet was running every 20 minutes or so and leaking water on the floor. Initially, I thought that it was from taking a shower, but I realized afterwards that the water all over the floor was coming from the toilet. I called the front office and they assured me that it was condensation from the toilet and brought me some towels. And it was not condensation. The toilet was constantly running, and there was seemingly a back up with the water because it was having a tough time draining even in the sink. Additionally, the room was seemingly not cleaned from the last people who had come. Their microwave was still dirty. There was hair in the shower and there was some sort of red stain on the carpet that I realized once my socks were all sticky and disgusting from stepping on it. When I checked out the front told me thank you for letting me know because I was "part of the team". They didnt offer any kind of compensation or apologize. But I saw the same front desk person taking charges off other peoples accounts for things like slow Internet. Smh

Our room had dust stuck all over the ceiling and walls and in the corners. The hallways smelled moldy. The wallpaper was patched together and it looked like the doors and molding hadn't been painted in years! I would have expected that if I had paid under $100/ night but I paid $126 and thought I would at least not have dust webs hanging over my bed!

It was loud, doors slamming through out the night. There was not free breakfast as advertised when booking. The hot tub has so much dirt in the bottom,
The rooms were nice but not the cleanest, hair all over the shower.
The beds were so comfortable and the room stayed dark, the heat and air conditioning worked amazing. The staff that checked us in were really pleasant, and was people friendly.

Breakfast Available is their way of saying a charged breakfast is available. I will also pass your notes along to our maintenance team for follow up. Thank you again!
The property was easy to find large parking lot. Clean lobby stairs n hallways. The pool was soso. The hottub was dirty. Couple of the staff wasnt friendly an couldnt answer my questions.

Nice hotel. 3 min walk to the bus terminal! Grumpy desk person at check in but it was 10:30 at night. Room was good but the carpet was dirty/stained and there was a bit of a smell

Trash on the floor, fridge was dirty on the out side and wrap in the back of the fridge! Hand lotion half empty! Not able to get the room cool enough to sleep! It was either to hot or to cold! Set it to 60 and we were overheating! Hot tub was great and the pool was nice! Pool area needs repair on the floor! Stones on the floor coming up!

Not a horrible stay but the elevator was not currently up to date on inspection and the elevator was super loud, shook a lot, and was super slow. The fact that breakfast wasn't included in our stay but was advertised as included online was frustrating and when we went to the ice machine there was no ice on our floor which was also very frustrating. We were excited to stay on the 6th story (top level) but the view sucked and was very underwhelming. There was nothing special about this hotel that would make me recommend it again but not a horrible hotel either
