They were very responsive to any requests we had during our stay and even brought over some needed items. This was one of the largest places we stayed during our entire Italian vacation and was very affordable. It's a convenient location if you take the SITA bus into Positano as you can go down the stairs to their location, but climbing with luggage from the ferry would be difficult....
