“We had a terrible experience to start off our stay. This hotel offered to book a taxi for us from our other hotel in Positano, and we accepted not knowing that we would be dropped off at a different hotel that is a 5 minute walk away through lots of stairs. So after drop-off, we had to then choose either to pay an additional 30 euro fee to hire a porter service or carry our heavy suitcases ourselves (which was not communicated ahead of the reservation).
