The beach is a 10 min walk away (lots of stairs, no problem for me but keep in mind if you have mobility concerns) , and also a few minutes away from the main town centre with lots of shops and restaurants. They were very responsive to any requests we had during our stay and even brought over some needed items. This was one of the largest places we stayed during our entire Italian vacation and was very affordable.
