“While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room……

“The TV didn't work. There was a long sheet about how to get it working but who has that time? How about using the remote as usual? Every hotel should have blackout drapes but they did not. “The hotel seems to be under construction and not up to snuff. There were strange smells immediately in the lobby. The pool was out of order and this was a big disappointment.
