The bathroom was not super clean. The beds were extremely firm and not very comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was pop tarts and muffins. It was not anything to write home about. I was surprised it was $150 for the night given those issues.

I think they need to install king size beds in their single bed rooms. They have queen beds. Next they need to put in room darkening shades they currently have inexpensive vinyl one inch mini blinds and the rooms are very bright in the morning when you are trying to get some sleep

Stay here once a week for business and the staff is great free breakfast has tons of option and the room decor is above average for the cost of the stay. Nice building. Great view of the river and location is great. Movie theatre right across the street. Quiet place nice stay everytime

We enjoyed our stay at the Clarkson Inn. It has a Victorian vibe that fits right in with the town of Potsdam. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed on Christmas eve and Christmas night so it was pretty quiet as most rooms were empty. The only complaint I had was there are just mini blinds and shear white curtains on the windows that let in alot of light so no sleeping in! Not really a big deal for us but it could be an issue for some people. It was a little musty smelling around the bathroom area. It appeared to be clean but definitely a musty oder as you walked into the room. There was a couple bags of chips and bottles of water on our little table which we thought was nice! I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Clarkson Inn on 2 different occasions when we came up to SUNY Potsdam. The hotel is super close to the colleges and you can walk to many good restaurants. The staff is so kind and helpful.

Way too expensive for what was offered the bathroom was not clean and the morning breakfast was not good the omelettes were burnt and the people at the front desk looked homeless

Nice place to stay.
The location can't be beat for a Clarkson University graduation. The staff was awesome, and the place was clean and charming. The only downside is it could use some updating.

No major complaints, some areas could use some updates. Our ahower had some mildew in the Caulking. Breakfast was good . The evening desk person was fantastic to deal with. If we are back in the area we would happily stay again
