I found this place is very affordable at expedia, the staff was very polite and friendly, the hotel is kind of outdated but it has little renovation here and there to make nice, only my complain is the microwave is dirty, fridge is dirty and not that cold, beside that they don’t provide us with a garbage bag, other than that everything is good , i get what i paid for i believe…

Everything was amazing except the netflix or YouTube wasent able to work in my room...overall its a 5 stars for me! excellent staff! excellent booking...Tyler was really good with fulfilling his half on getting me the balcony there....AMAZING WORK !

Great place to stay for a work trip
I stayed here a week for a work trip. It was very clean with a generously sized loveseat that is comfortable for watching TV, nice room design that puts some distance between the bed and the AC, which is great if you don’t want cold air blowing on you at night. I would stay here again. Only complaint is that their breakfast is not included, and what they offer is expensive.

Very accommodating
Our room wasn’t ready when we went to check in after 3pm. I felt bad for receptionist but she kept her phone cool with a smile. She upgraded us to a suite and included free breakfast for the morning. So i was very impressed. We didn’t ask for that but really appreciated the gesture. We would definitely return. The indoor pool was wonderful for an early morning swim

Only hotel members with Room keys can get in throughout all side entrances. Felt safe. Only two dislikes… The cafe did not have bacon as a breakfast option. Lol. Secondly, the washer dryer facility (1 machine each), the dryer took forever to dry clothes. Updated appliances are needed.

My room wasn’t ready but I was comped a good breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent! The property is a $20 taxi ride from downtown Beacon.

Terrible stay overall
Everyone at registration was rude. requested adjoins rooms and late check out 1 week prior they confirmed. When we checked in they had no record and could not accommodate adjoining rooms. There was zero food or bar which was advertised as having. Out TV in room didn’t work.

We arrived at the hotel and were informed the hotel was over booked. We were part of a group there and our children missed out on team meeting and review. We were moved to a best western down the street that did not compare to this hotel. Very sad and I have no idea how something like this could happen.
