"This hotel was the most comfortable, spacious, and cleanest hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was also amazing. I definitely recommend the blueberry muffins. There was two areas in the room. One with two bed and the other with a pull out bed, chairs, a desk and more!! In these two sections there were also TV's. And let me tell you the bathroom is clean, spacious, and easily accessible. The shower was also nice with all the siaos and the hot water. It was a great stay. Definitely stay here if your needing a place in Philly."

"Easy check in. I chose 1 King room, we were given a suite. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine though dated. There should be a handrail to enter and exit the shower; I'm 5' tall and 60+ and the step over the tub was higher than my knees. No removable shower head and small towels, but all clean. For one night it was fine. Breakfast was adequate- eggs, premade cheese omelets, bacon cereal juices coffee muffins yogurt and toast. Staff was friendly. Good price for the area for a wedding nearby. Hamptons are usually reliable and good value. I would return if needing a hotel in the area. "

The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. "I wish I could give zero stars because i stayed ZERO nights, but sadly, to warn you all, they get one star. First. I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in. I called the number I was provided for assistance, and the person that picked up said she didn't work there anyone. Ok, fine. So she gave me another number to call. I call and text this person, no answer. Then I called Vrbo, and I was connected to EVOLVE, which is some form of property manager, I guess. They attempt to contact the owner to see if there is another way to get me in. I'm waiting on hold for 10 minutes, and then the call disconnects. I call back, and another rep tells me the OWNER CANCELED MY RESERVATION. I cannot tell you how upset I was. Here I am on vacation visiting my spouse's family and we're feeling homeless. EVOLVE advises they can transfer us to another property, but it is an hour away from family. This is NOT GREAT, but we need a place to stay, and it's getting late (9pm), and we have children. We choose a place to transfer to, then we call back and are told we need to pay. I asked what happened to what we paid the first reservation with, and they said it was refunded. I am AGHAST.
