The hotel is close to the waterfront and very covenient to the many restaurants & cafes of the town center. Parking in the area is difficult, but there is a small lot behind the hotel. Our room (superior) was very small with quite a narrow balcony along a quaint street, but a slice of sea was visible. Breakfast on the roof level was a nice touch with super views.

Great place to stay- convenient for the sea front bars and restaurants- and shopping area. Staff very friendly and helpful- all in all best hotel we stayed in during a week in Greece!

Just spent one day before getting on a sailboat. Great location to restaurants and walking around the marina. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice pool for relaxing.

The property is located close to the waterfront. Easy to walk around the small streets. However the property was not quite a 4 star quality and some features in the room didnt work. Breakfast was good with limited selection.

Would not recommend staying at the property. There was a foul smell coming from the air conditioning vents. Like sewage. Had to shut it off for the night and open the balcony door. Because of which there were mosquitoes biting me in the night. On the positive side - excellent location.

Cockroaches spoilt a nice hotel.
Bathroom had cockroaches, which ran over my wifes foot while in the bathroom. Air Conditioning didn't work for the entire duration of the stay, so the room was extremely stuffy. The pool was closed despite saying it should be open. Staff were helpful and friendly and it looked like it would be a lovely place. Such a shame cockroaches spoit our trip.

Beautiful hotel in great location, with handy parking. Our toilet was very noisy all night but everything else was great. Breakfast was an assortment eaten on the terrace which was nice. The rooms were spacy and nicely decorated. The pool was chilly but great to have a pool in the middle of the city, and sunbeds were very comfy! Great restaurant selection nearby

Staff lied to us.
I booked through a third agent and realised I’d booked the premium rooms not the superior which are on the first floor with a balcony. I called into the hotel to see if I could change them as we live nearby. The man on reception said he had the rooms available and he would change my booking. When we eventually stayed we only had premium rooms and the same man on reception said he was fully booked and said he could only swap them if they were available on the day. This is not what he said to me when we initially visited the property. He lied.

Hotel is very central, staff are very friendly and helpful they go out of the way to make your stay more enjoyable everything was great, but the was an old lady in the breakfast area where she was screaming and swearing make the staff feel very uncomfortable, that's the only down side of the hotel, the rest was great definitely recommend

I booked this room on short notice as my travel plans changed suddenly. I felt so fortunate to stay at this hotel. The front desk attendants were friendly and spoke English well. The location, in an alley off of an alley, was quiet and only a few steps from the beaten path in a small tourist area. The room itself I would rate 5 stars.

Location is great. In the exact center. Room was big but not clean and maintained very well. Staff aaw me struggling with luggage ans didnt even offer to help. Breakfast was very poor in quality.. we didnt even stayed to eat. Ok for a couple of nights mainly due to location but can be much better if maintained and cleaned and with a more decent breakfast

Interesting decor , our room was rather dark, but ok. Breakfast was basic. Staff friendly and helpful, would like the pool to be open longer. Great location. More food options would be good especially for a lunch. Only toasted sandwich!

Great choice in the heart of Preveza!
Excellent choice in the city centre of Preveza, great location just 1 min from night out spots, restaurants, bars, shopping district. Clean and very kind staff. Breakast is ok - could be of more variety/options, though it was pretty good. I would recommend it definetely! There is a parking however it is too small for the size of the hotel, so in most of the cases you have to park on the public one, about 5 min walk (small and quite busy, especially on summer season).

Lovely hotel in great location
Lovely hotel just steps away from the marina with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a large comfy bed and excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent, as was the spacious breakfast room.

Overall, a pleasant stay. The superior room is significantly smaller than the ground floor room I stayed on my first night. Also, the ground floor rooms are newer (if you don’t mind not having a street view).

I can only be positive about the Dioni, with the friendly and helpful staff. The Dioni offers a great location in Preveza with a private car park at the rear of the hotel. Dioni is near all shops, bars and restaurants. Great value for money. We will be retuning again at the end of March and are looking forward to it.
