“The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. The location is also a little far out, about an hours walk to the main harbour to pick up the ferry to Capri. A nice stay but would look for something closer to the……

“The property was located about 15-20 minutes walk from major attractions like the basilica and the opera house. Parking was a 5 minute walk from the property and the access was very tight for an economy car. The accommodations were generally clean. The shower had mold in the tiles and there was only one very small bar of soap and some packets of liquid soap. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner.
