"This is a lovely traditional hotel, very well maintained, excellent staff and a lovely breakfast. Has a beautiful position overlooking the old harbour. A short walk to the area with the palace and the Spanish quarter. Top tip - try the restaurants in the backstreets of the Spanish quarter - very reasonable, lovely food and friendly service."

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall."
