"We were upgraded to a 2-story room. Good and bad, more space but with stairs to access the bed and bathroom. Parking is convenient. Location is ok, relatively near the centre but many stairs were on construction, we had to walk the winding streets. Taxis in Napoli are 99% unreliable and will charge you more than the fair fee."

"The room was spacious and clean to a high standard. The balcony was very pleasant- very wide and sunny with a good view over the harbour and surrounding area. "

"There were a lot of staff members who made our staying very pleasant. The restaurant staff such as David, Massimo, Francesco, Fabio and Maria. The front desk had a person who was very sweet and attentive and that one was Flavia. The rooms, the view, the service and the atmosphere was spectacular."

"Beautiful old hotel with a wonderful welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful and gave lots of good advice. The property is clean and all staff are courteous. The room we stayed in was comfortable- great for our family for a short stay. They provide coffee, water, a fridge, microwave and a dining room, as well as a beautiful shared lounge. Breakfast is included and is downstairs at a local cafe which did excellent pastries and coffee. The location enables walking or taking public transport to some of the major sites, including the Archeological museum, historic centre and the major catacombs. The property is very secure and the owner was very responsive. "
