Palm Point Loft is the perfect spot for you to come and experience the peace and beauty of Providenciales. Located canal side, this spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom second floor apartment is centrally located, 5-10 mins to local attractions: Grace Bay Beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

The unit is airy and bright offering a private sanctuary for guests to relax on their own balcony - the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the gentle breeze off the water while watching the sunset.

We have a no-unregistered guests policy for insurance purposes, as well as respect for other occupants at the property.

The two bedroom apartment offers queen beds in the bedrooms, as well as a pullout couch in the main room ideal for 1 additional adult or two children.

Guests will have access to beach accessories (portable beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels), gazebo and upper deck with BBQ. The property includes dock access. We have two adult paddle boards available on request to be used in the canal surrounding the property.

The unit has AC in all rooms, dishwasher, full kitchen, free parking, fiber high-speed internet and cable tv.

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE GUESTS for safety and noise considerations. Only registered guests can be at the property.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, no music or loud entertainment during these hours. Floors are thin and sounds carries. Gate to be closed overnight.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for drunk and disorderly conduct. This is our family home, and we expect guests to be respectful and kind.
