DO NOT use this hotel company!!!
The hotel was NOT open! Completely deserted. Not even furniture in the lobby. The hotel left a note with a phone number- number not in service! Tried to call through the Hotels.com app- still didn’t work/not in service. After driving six hours to show up at your fairly expensive hotel to find it non-operational- very, very, very disappointing and incredibly frustrating!

No cars whatsoever…

The daily clean was very poor. I think they just empty the bin, change the towels and fold the duvet. No sweeping or cleaning takes place. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.

Worst experience ever
Checkin was awful. We reached at 14:30 but was arrogantly told by the receptionist that the checkin time is 15:00. We chose to wait in the balcony and she removed the shed leaving us in the scorching sunlight. We had to leave and wait in a nearby restaurant. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, how "on earth" can they forget to keep a toilet paper. Overall horrible experience and we are never coming back.

Generally ok
The room is clean and looked very new. Also, they have added security where you need to scan your room card in order to access the floor. The only thing I would comment is the triple bedroom is quite small, barely fit 3 adults with luggages.

Great stay away from Salzburg
Will recommend this to one who travels with Car.If not its 900m walk from train station.Also frequency of trains are less to Salzburg.Room doesn’t have any kettle or coffee/tea arrangements.

Comfortable stay
Air conditioning is good. We booked double room (18sq meter)with hotels.com and the room can put 2 big luggages. The window is thick enough to block noise from outside. Breakfast is basic but good enough for the price. Staff is helpful and sincere.

Hotel staff somewhat indifferent. They give lip service but are NOT sincere about things at all. If you can deal with that attitude, the hotel itself is okay. Not great but okay.

Not bad for a reasonable price
A better version of Travelodge from the UK, though my room backed on to the railway line which was quite noisy. Everything is an add-on, including the Wi-Fi which I have found to be included in other similarly priced hotels.

My experience at the Swiss apartment
Room had no air conditioning or a fan at least. It was very hot and I mentioned it to the landlord but the response I got was "they don't have to provide it" The location was extremely noisy and right across the train station so it was very loud all day without a break. Overall I will not be coming here anymore and was not happy with the location

The location opposite the railway line can also be read on our homepage, so that you have to expect noise disturbances with the windows open. Still a pity that you did not like it here. Clean and ok for an overnight stay
The room was clean but tiny for 2 adults and 1 12 year old child. No space for multiple suitcases, bathroom small like a single closet, very tight between entry door, counter and shower stall. Careful with the water amount or you’ll flood the room. Ok for 2 people for overnight but not to spent any time in room. Wen we arrived, there was no remote control for TV in room. There is no telephone in room to call front desk. So we got dressed again and went to reception to retrieve a remote. Back in room we learned that there was no TV signal. No signal, no TV, even after checking all plug ins and connections. Sad evening.

holidays stopever in salzburg
lovely room with lovely view of the mountains from our bedroom windows. room is clean with fresh towels and linens. wifi is good and strong in the room. it will be nice if cups are provided so that we can have coffee in the room. staffs are friendly and always greet us whenever we meet them. overall it is a lovely stay here. will definitely stay again in 7 days premium hotels

Modern and small
Great breakfast, but room and bathroom were very small. I had to be careful walking around the bed. I noticed that the shower walls needed to be cleaned near the floor. Also note that hotel is near the train tracks. It was also near a small restaurant and convenience store and very easy access to the main highway.

Excellent price for a cookie cutter room
An excellent price for what basically is a standard cookie cutter room - very plain and designed to sleep, not to enjoy during the day. A little quirky as the reception is on the 2nd floor. The nearby restaurant past the gasoline station is very good, modern, German and fast food. Amazingly people can smoke in the restaurant (which is well ventilated).

Great price and within a reasonable driving distance of Lake Konigssee. Nothing really much around but was a comfy nights stay with friendly staff, petrol station next door and a nice little bakery/cafe for breakfast. Can't fault it.

Despite calling to specifically request early check in, our room wasn't ready, and then they made us pay for early check in! On top of that, receptionist was rude and unhelpful, refused to give us an iron on request because the hotel was 'low cost' - don't think I've ever been to a hotel with no iron at least in reception. Same receptionist equally rude on check out.

A good highway side hotel
We are a family of 6 (two adults, three teens and one infant) and we had a comfortable stay at this hotel. We had to rent two rooms as there is not a large enough room for our family. This is a good highway side hotel about 20 minutes drive from center of Salzburg. A car is a must. The rooms have comfortable beds. Our rooms had a good view of the scenic mountains. The air-conditioning worked great. The restaurant downstairs and a 24/7 convenience store next door with the gas station is very convenient. Be mindful of the housekeeping as they do not clean the room if you are still in the room past 11am. The older lady with colorful hair at the reception was a bit rude and was not friendly at all. However, other receptionists we encountered in our 4 days of stay were much friendly. There was no option for us to keep our baby milk refrigerated. Overall, a good highway side hotel.
