Greeted by a giant cockroach, 45 pesos extra per pillow ( only provide 2 small pillows), no cork screw, expensive mini bar (especial bottle of red wine) otherwise a nice lodge style complex.

Bland Service
They offer P50 for Hotel to Airport transfer, but would charge you 6 times that if you transfer hotel. They could still be cordial even if I booked another for the remainder of my stay in Puerto Princesa, bacause the location of Casa Mila is a long way from the main City. They don’t do daily room clean up unless you request.

Cleanest, decent accommodation far from the noise
clean sheets, clean surrounding, well lit room.foods are at par with five star restaurants in Manila. overall, my kids loved this place.

One happy customer
Really nice place. Very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle however a tricycle to the nightlife was only 50 pesos. Highly recommended

I would like to commend Winda, the night guard on the duty and the front desk officer night shift for being so accommodating. They always assist us whenever we need help. it was a little far at the city proper and the tricycle fare was kinda high. Also, I just want to know why the water is being paid when you ask them to bring it in the room.

Nice Hotel 5 minutes from the airport
The overall experience was satisfactory. The room rates were affordable and i think worth your money. The hotel staffs were very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. Its close to the airport, about 5 minute tricycle ride. The transportation expense is a little higher because tricycles don't pass by the area compared to others.

Staffs: Very Polite, Accommodating, Friendly. Facilities: Clean, all were working. ( aircon, wifi, tv, shower, etc. ) Food: Food is great and delicious but a little pricey in our opinion.

Value for money hostel
I was pleasantly surprised with this hostel. They serve welcome drinks upon arrival. On the positive side, it provides good and clean accommodation facilities at a reasonable price, plus the staff are very polite and accommodating. The staff are quite helpful in assisting guests in whatever way they can, including making reservations to restaurants and tours. The tour packages on offer are more expensive than others. The hostel can improve on the restaurant - the food is quite pricey, with very little food choice. The hostel charges for corkage for wine and drinks bought outside, including food.

I wouldn't recomand it. We spent 5 nights in Casa Mila. No housekeeping. We had to ask for clean towels and even toilet paper.When asked for hairdryer they didn't had ( tho in the specifications of the hotel it was ). No ashtreys in the smoking area...

This hotel charge for every single fee!
From the time we check in it was already terrible. Our room was not ready after a 15 hours flight. We had to wait for other guest to check out of their room. And when we got our room there were no towels no toilet paper. The only thing that they did was clean the room. We don't even know if they change the sheets. Everything they charge even for a cup of hot water.

Hotel staff would have been excellent had it not for 1 dining staff who asked us to step out of the dining table. That was really rude. One rotten egg could rot the rest. We had 0530 bfast to catch a flight so it wasnt really busy. Other that the hotel is pretty decent.

It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a place away from the city hussle and bustle. Advertisement for free breakfast is misleading. You have a choice of continental or Filipino breakfast, any deviations require extra cost. Also, daily cleaning isn't automatic, you have to request daily.

Front desk didn't give my receipt and I was being charge for meal again. Meal 200.00pesos- too much for food served and for the place! Small bottled h20 40.00, again too much for the type of place/area. These prices are expected on a 5 star hotel not on a 2-3 star!

Nice and quiet hotel with friendly service
Casa Mila is a great budget priced hotel, their rooms are nice and comfortable. There's a tour office situated near the front desk where you can book all your tour or travel needs, I highly recommend their Honda Bay tour. The only downsides to stay here is it's a little bit of a distance away from any other restaurants or locations you may want to visit in Puerto Princesa, so you'll have to take a tricycle quite often. Other than that, very nice place.

The hotels service was good and provided free airport shuttle. We had an early morning flight the next day and breakfast was ready. The room was comfortable and had a nice hot shower. Pathetic location is a bit always from downtown, which is the only downside.

Quiet place to stay.
It was a nice place to stay. Quiet and out of the way. 10 minute motorcycle ride to downtown. The stay was nice. Would give it a strong 3-star rating. Comfortable bed. No complaints.

Too far from center of town, very secluded
The room was not even available when we arrived. The previous occupant was still in the room taking a shower, past the check out time & past the check in time. Breakfast was cooked according to the liking of the cook & not to the request of the guests. If you try to order to your liking, staff will tell you that there's an extra charge. If you request for extra styrofoam plate to take the unfinished food to your room, they will charge you extra. There's always extra charge for some small petty things like the styrofoam cups or plate. Staff not very accommodating to the guests need. The pool has a "pool close" sign, & when you ask the staff why, there is no explanation given except the shrug treatment. The web site says 1.04 mile from the center of the town, feels like 1.04 hour. Yes hour!! Not accessible to any transportation. I'm completely disappointed that Expedia is promoting this kind of hotel. I would not recommend this to anybody.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size and clean including bathroom/shower. Room rates are competitive. Any additional request i.e. pillows, towels cost 50 PHP. Coffee is not complimentary, it costs 50 PHP per cup or serving and this is not brewed, it's instant coffee packet (which would approximately cost 8 PHP).

A little out of the main town and not a lot to see near by. Very noisy from a party upstairs but ended early. Room was ok but even more noisy in the morning with the pool area being in the same enclosed area as the hotel. Breakfast was made to order but limited and the had to tell them the night before what time we would be there to eat and what we wanted for breakfast in the morning- kinda weird. Overpriced restaurant.

T'was good!
The hotel staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Though the location is quite far from the city, tricycles are available and peaceful specially for those who want to rest after a long tiring day. Our tour guide German is very friendly😊

I stayed here just one night because I came in the evening from El Nido and my flight to Cebu was departing in the next morning and I also was looking for a hotel which is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. I booked a double room online, called them and arranged a pick up. The pick up and check in was quick. The only problem was that there was no more double room available as I booked it. Instead they gave me a family room. This was ok for me but it was not so cosy. The hotel is clean and it offered a good service. I would come again.

Stayed here for one night to catch an early flight out of Puerto Princessa. The property is about what you would expect for the price. Nothing terrible but nothing great either. There are probably better places to stay but this place works for a short stay or transit hotel.

Our stay here is excellent. The food is great. The cleanliness and scent of the room is very good. Staffs are very accomodating. The travelling tour agency and tour guides are very nice and strategic which enables us to maximize and enjoy our tour and stay at Palawan.

It's a nice hotel, everything is pretty new and the rooms are cozy and clean. Also the staff is very nice and helps in everything. Breakfast was nice too. The only odd thing is the location. It's very far from the city center and around the hotel is nothing at all to do. But if you make tours only or you wait for u flight it's perfect as it's just 5min from the airport.

Reasonable hotel if you have reasonable expectatio
Having not stayed at other hotels in Puerto Princesa, I cannot compare the quality of this one to others. Overall the hotel was nice enough, related to the discounted price we paid on Expedia. However, there are some caveats, which would cause me to try a different hotel next time I go to Puerto Princesa. First, the location is out-of-the-way, which means the hotel is not close to restaurants or shopping. It's hard to get a tricycle in the evening, as there isn't a lot of traffic on the hotel's street. Some people may see this as a positive, as the location is quiet and out of the way. Nonetheless, if you expect to go into the downtown area at night, expect to wait a while for a tricycle to come by. The good news is that the security guard will help you hail a tricycle, and the fare for the trike will be only PHP 40 per person. Not bad at all. Second, even though breakfast is included in the price, do not expect much. The "American" breakfast we were served each day consisted of what we guessed was 1/2 of a scrambled egg (I am completely serious), two slices of white bread, some jam and butter, and instant coffee. One would think that they could invest in more than 1/2 of a scrambled egg, considering a dozen eggs in a Filipino supermarket cost about 65-70 PHP. The rooms were basic, but were clean. There is cable TV, including CNN, BBC and some movie channels, though they are fuzzy. The WiFi Internet worked okay, though don't expect to do any Skype video conferencing.

Easy airport shuttle and good food!
Not much around the hotel but some lovely neighbours selling little snacks and drinks. Hotel was nice and clean only down fall is alot of mosquitoes!! We had a nice breakfast and a nice dinner here and A big bonus is the free airport shuttle which was quick and easy!!

Staff were extremely friendly and willing to help, they made tour and restaurant reservation for us. Hotel layout was not good, its wide open in the middle a bit noise can be heard inside the rooms. Unfortunately on our second day the first group tour that depart at 6AM were very loud their voices echoed due to the building layout. Some guest leave their leftover food and and paper plates on the tables provided out side our rooms. This is not Hotel Staff faults its the guest inconsideration to other guest, its a shame all the people I mentioned were Filipinos like me.

We were able to book our tours from the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Were out on tours most of the time but room was very comfortable and clean.
