Property advertised a panoramic suite view and intentionally placed me in a dusty, crusty, dilapidated room. The desk clerk moves like a sloth. The area is suitable for drag queens and LGBTQ but not husband and wife with children.

The staff was great, but the property was in need of so serious repairs. I would never stay at the Blue Chairs again I would never recommend the Blue Chairs to anyone. NO WAY

All the staff was incredible. Only issue was with the beach server, who was busy drinking with other guests rather than checking on others needing service. All for someone enjoying their day, just not at others expense. Love the layout of the hotel and had a good time in the outlets.

The staff it’s the best thing ever. Specially the staff that works in the beach area. Could improve with a bit more of storage in the room. And maybe a fresh paint. Showers need a improvement
