Water line broke on the first day and we were without water for 6 hours. Fire alarms kept going off non-stop through the night. Gym was under construction and there was drilling outside our room past 9:00pm. Could not take our own juice up to the bar as they took ours we brought away from us. We were on the 1st floor. Ice machines were located on 2,4,6 and floor 8. We were only allowed key access to 1st floor and 11th floor (the pool) so we couldn’t get ice. Breakfast was over $22 USD per person and not even close to worth it. For a hotel you would figure you would have more area/less limitations as you’re not paying for an all inclusive resort. Very disappointing and will not be back

I bought this trip for my parents, I spoke to a representative from the hotel. She made things so easy for my parents to check in. The breakfast was amazing. The greatest thing of booking it through Expedia is that you get the best floor and the best ocean view! ❤️❤️

I had a great stay at Hotel Mio. Staff is super welcoming and attentive. 10 minutes or less to the airport. Great location being close to shopping and restaurants. The only problem is the beds were a bit hard. But I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again.

I wish there was other places to eat. The elevators were hard to manage with a key card. The rooms need a rug and so English to understand how to work the AC. The roof top pool was amazing!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. The pool does need a little maintenance as it was missing a lot of tiles but other than that, it was great!! Highly recommended!!

Overall I loved our stay here. The room was very nice. My only complaint was the street noise was loud on occasion. My only suggestion is maybe some in room lotions and there were no washcloths, only one hand towel and body towels.

It’s a nice property nice view from room, pool is beautiful great for picture's. shower was amazing modern. I wish I would have booked my entire trip at this location vs the all inclusive option. Down the street.

When I booked I didn’t realize this was a pet friendly property, my fault. Unfortunately they put us on the second floor which is the pet friendly level. Dogs barking at 7am after a long night isn’t the best. Once again my fault for not realizing this was a pet friendly hotel. My only complaint is why would they put us on the second floor when we clearly weren’t traveling with a pet. Word of caution ensure your room isn’t on the second floor if barking pets at early hours of the morning are an issue for you.
