Great bang for your buck

This is an all inclusive hotel right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta..it is within walking distance to The Malecon, shopping, and restaurants..a very local feel to it.. not an American All inclusive mega resort feel to it..Food is good, alcohol not good (cheap), entertainment is great with Great Mariachi on Saturday nights

Great location/Great Hotel

My wife had been to this area previously, said I had to come and experience it. It is a great location close to everything and the staff at the hotel was amazing, especially the guys n the beach who bring you chairs and sun shade,love this place.

Great location

This hotel is at a good location, in downtown and infront of the beach with restaurants/stores/shops within walking distance. We ran across a problem which was fixed promptly. Since it was raining every night that we were there, there was a leak on our ceiling... we called downstairs and someone came up right away and even helped us transfer our baggages to our new room. This hotel isn't fancy... the rooms are old but were clean. No complaints about the staff. Pool is always occupied, had no problem with that because i didn't plan on swimming

You get what you pay for

This hotel is good IF you are on a low budget. Staff could do a better job of maintaining hotel rules. Needs more food variety. If you want to experience the culture and people of Mexico it is a place to stay at.

Great customer service

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Great customer service. Staff was very attentive. Food was great! Authentic Mexican dishes. Really enjoyed food sold by vendors at the beach.

Location is perfect!

Hotel is very dated, beds were too hard, clean rooms. Did not eat at hotel or use pool, beach area so no other comments other than it's in a perfect location.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Cleanliness, food service, beach, location.
Cons: Pools exclusive for guests, improve elevator (too hot inside), have laundry in the hotel
We loved our stay at the hotel, the food was excellent. We were treated like royals. The pool was warm and our son loved playing in the water. We couldn't get in the pool in the last 2 days because it was too busy and there were no available chairs, apparently the hotel sells bands to everyone, so the pools are not exclusive for the guests, just something you have to be aware if you are going to book there. Everything else was great, we got a great room with an incredible view. Also, there's no laundry in the hotel, there's a place across the street but it takes 24 hours for them to do laundry.

Nice old Mexican style hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with the exemption that the room had a musty odor like it needed ventilation. I bought a spray deodorizer and it helps a bit. Another guest suggested that Maybe I should asked to change rooms. Waking to the malecón and to the beach was a plus. Street can get a bit noise but that's expected when you are on vacations 😊 Food and drinks were great!
