"I got there at about 10 pm . I checked in and went to the room and turned the wall unit on and turned it on heat as it was supposed to get down to 32 degrees. Then brought my stuff in and got settled. Then noticed it wasn’t warming up in there. I tried everything I could think of then went to the office. They close the office at 11pm . So there was nothing I could do. I had no heat at all in the room and ended up leaving at 7am because I was to cold to stay in the room any longer."
