Around 10pm I was looking for some milk to go with the cookies I had and he helped me out and was super nice about it. The day lady manager and even the guy maintaining breakfast were just so genuinely nice. It's the people that make a hotel great to stay at (or not) and this was such an excellent example of that. "

"My husband and I was in Franklin for a wedding and stayed at the Harpeth Hotel. The room was nice but the restaurant was exceptional. Our food was tasty and the waiter extremely friendly. We enjoyed the live music in the lobby. We would’ve loved to have listened for hours. Everyone was having a good time. I would recommend this hotel to all."
