My concierge was Eliutt he was great. He made our stay very enjoyable and we were very happy. We were treated with kindness. I have visited different all inclusive hotels some a little more expensive and others less expensive but this one is the best of all. The concierge’s supervisor was very beginning. They even let you enjoy installations before they have your room ready and you can also check out late, enjoying all the amenities and your luggage can stay in the lobby. I recommend the family selection you won’t regret. "

"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."
