“We checked in on 11th August and stayed there for four nights. The experience was far from satisfactory. Check in was smooth, but found that the room not accessible by lift and for every activity we were forced to use stair. The room was very small with tiny smelly toilet not worthy of the price. The view from the room was good but near a very noisy swimming pool. Hand towels were not provided as per hotel policy! The TV was smallest we saw in any hotel any where.
