We appreciated the thoughtfulness of instructions and labels, and small touches like old games hanging on the walls, adult coloring books, birdfeeders hanging on the deck (saw so many birds).. made it an event more pleasant experience. "We definitely enjoyed our stay at the cabin. There were a couple negatives. The fact the hot tub never worked properly. Maintenance was called more than once. When we left it was a hit ir miss on whether we were able to get in. Also when they came to work on it the property owners had shut water off on us due to excessive use from maintenance filling hot tub back up. Which left us unable to use bathroom or water for any reason. I felt it was not fair to us. But one major compliment goes out to...

"Unable to utilize basement with the pool table and ping pong table, because of the broken window covered with a blanket and was too chilly to be in the room. Hot tub was I inviting and not used. Needed to be cleaned Size of the house was nice for our group"

"The house was plenty big for 12 people, ages 11-70. It is an older home with some spaces being updated (upstairs bathroom is amazing), but kitchen could use some updating. However, the kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare several dinners for the family. The outside front porch was plenty big and we enjoyed our view of Center Hill Lake while grilling and playing games. We would definitely recommend to friends!"

"We chose Blackberry Hill because, with a strenuous hike, the lake was accessible! Now, you do have to turn and hike down levels once you reach the end of the steps, but there is a great rock ledge. We navigated down with kayaks, fishing poles and a paddle board, and a 5 and 2 year old!!! But once we got to the water, it was incredible! If you want to get to the water on Centerhill lake, I recommend Blackberry Hill!"

"Decent property with amazing views far above the water. Geography of area is amazing. Property is fairly easy getting to, tight parking and turn around. Property needs some upgrades and slight musty smell. Very large deck to hang out on. All in all it was good place to stay with a nice location."

"Wonderful place to stay.. the three headed shower is overwhelming in a good way! Only complaint is that there was literally no food items in the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no left over remnants of any kind like cooking oil or spices. So come prepared, because we were not."

"This was a very beautiful property with a gorgeous scenery. Six people were in our party and it had plenty of room to accommodate us. Less than 5 miles from a convent store and within a 30 minute drive to the next big city. However, to get to the property from the main road was rougher than expected. You do need an all-wheel drive vehicle for the last 2 miles to get up a steep hill coming and going. Overall, it was a great stay and we made lots of fun memories. Would book again in the future!"

"My husband and my son and his wife all stayed for a long golf weekend. Great location and wonderful cabin. The hot tub cover is in need of replacement, two strong people needed to remove and put back on but other than that it was a 10 out of 10."

"The location felt secluded yet was within a family friendly environment. You felt like you were in a treehouse. Particularly enjoyed the screened porch and all of the comfortable furniture and bedding. The driveway was a bit challenging, but doable. The coffee maker was a Keurig, and we were not notified of that. The hot tub was clean and comfortable and perfect for a cool rainy evening. Kitchen was well appointed. It was was easy, working in Center Hill Realty who manages the property"

"Beautiful view, plenty of space for a large group, great customer service. We needed help operating tvs & the garbage disposal but a quick phone call helped right away. (Btw- in the downstairs area w the pool table, the cable receiver is on the wall behind the tv. And the switch for the garbage disposal is inside the pull up cabinet (little signs to explain these things would be helpful). But this is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Excellent communication from management team. Weekend was just what we needed. Surrounded by Serenity. Read the reviews about the hot tub temp and turned it up as soon as we got there, nice & hot when we were ready. Kitchen had working ice maker and well stocked for what we needed. 1 Hour from Nashville, great little escape from the city to recharge."

"The cabin is clean and comfortable, balcony has a view from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with everythings, also all kinds of spices, although we brought our own in case. The stove needs a lighter so we found one at the fireplace, The house is homey and secluded, it is the last one on the very narrow one lane woodsy street. The street itself is not obvious from the main road but keep an eye on the side until you find a sign saying private property, this will take you to...
