Good hotel in a good area

Posted Apr 10, 2017
Pros: Everything worked, check in and check out were fast, reasonable breakfast, complimentary water every day, quiet.
Cons: Price of the restaurant
Location: Restaurants, shopping, walking
It is a nice hotel. Has a good price, breakfast is enough to start the day, and it is in a good area of the city, close to a park and with places to go out for dinner and for walk or shopping.

The hotel needs lots of wrok

Posted Mar 23, 2017
Pros: The cafe in the lobby is good. Staff generally good.
Cons: It just needs an investment
Location: Location is in the middle of Quito
Room Freezing. Shower head held up by a piece of plastic, not temporarily all a bit rusted. Towels terrible. Hot water sometimes. Internet awful. No iron in room. You cannot get one brought up you have to pay the hotel to do it. Curtains cheap as well.

Great location, large rooms, bad breakfast

Posted Jan 3, 2017 on Hotels
Front desk staff was helpful, room was rather large but the bathroom design is a bit strange with its small sink and lack of counter top space. The hotel is under renovation so be aware of the noise, dust and smell. Our room also was rather noisy, you could hear everything going on in the street. The location is very convenient to the Carolina Park, Quicentro and lots of other shopping and dining places. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The choices were just "ok", there were times where I had no idea what to eat because the food was more for lunch or dinner than breakfast. I understand that it is common to eat rice for example but I was hoping that in a hotel like this, you would get more international choices. The staff at the restaurant was less than helpful, they were more preoccupied with the groups than the individual guests so the warm food ran out and did not get refilled for a long time. The breads were not good which is surprising given that bread in Ecuador is usually great, the cheeses were not great either, neither was the coffee or the cereal. In general, the choices that were available lacked taste or freshness.

Very nice and modern hotel cloose to business area

Posted Dec 9, 2016
Pros: Position, hotel conditions, restaurant, price.
Cons: Increase size of the room even if I know is impossible. Ask for room with window on the street or you get a view on the internal part of the hotel
Location: Location is ok, the quarter is new and modern and close to commercial centres.
Hotel is new and restaurant is ok. Close to business center and ina very good position. Price is unbeatable for the wquality it offers. Rooms are a bit small but new one and modern.

Modern hotel in a good location.

Posted Oct 6, 2016
Pros: The roses in the lobby were awesome! The clerks spoke very good English. A cab was available right outside at 5 AM!
Cons: Not air conditioned. The room was nice and cool with the open windows. Noise could be heard but it tapered down as the evening progressed.
Location: Located very neer a large park. Lots of walkable shopping and restaurants nearby.
