“Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing.
They were also people kocking on the door for a long time at 6am in the morning, we were to scared to open the door because we had no idea whom it was, it could have been……

“Great stay at a beautiful property in the center of Alfama. The beautifully appointed room with a view of the river, the courtyard, restaurant space with delicious morning breakfast, snacks and access to coffee and tea and water all day were absolute highlights for my stay.
The street noise can be an issue especially during the day, but that seems to be a reflection of the busy location and central to all the beautiful vistas in Alfama.
Loved my solo stay at the hotel and would return……
