"The host was rude and disrespectful with me, when I said I did not have a menu to read he snapped back and told me to "take it easy". I could not believe that he was talking to me that way. Then I told him afterwards that I did not appreciate that response and he denied having said that to me, but when I pressed, he said, "Ok, well you were angry at me". I still could not believe his response and defensiveness. I was tired after 5 hours in the airport trying to get in a flight that never happened because the plane was under revision. The nerve of this man to talk to me like that when I had just asked for a menu to read, was just too much to put up. The manager graciously offered to pay for my dinner but this individual NEVER came to apologize. Just a very unsettling behavior and it really disrupted me as I was literally exhausted from the airport experience. "
