Perfect for our trip!
Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!

Cozy Abode
We had a great experience staying in this lovely home. Very clean and cozy (fire place!) and we loved like extras like coffee and snacks. It was easy to get around from this location (we used Lyft and walked).

Cozy Durham House

Convenient location, nice house
Clean and tidy house with all of the amenities that we needed for our 3-night stay. Located near DPAC, downtown restaurants, The Cotton Room, and other attractions. The owner was quick to respond to any request.

Thanksgiving celebration
We came to Durham for Thanksgiving weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Roja. VERY nicely appointed. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend, to include a GIANT Jenga.

Cute and cozy
Very cute and well maintained house. Everything for the chocolates on the nightstand to the well stocked snack basket in the kitchen shows the host goes above and beyond. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again.

Comfortable property, convenient location
The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Teens, parents, and grandparents were easily accommodated - just be aware that there are plenty of steps to navigate to the front door. Mostly quiet road, though not as walkable as we might have liked. The furnishings were a great match for our group, the beds provided excellent sleep, and the kitchen was easy to use for our couple of meals in. Thanks for a great stay!

Going Bananas!
We were able to secure this cute little spot to enjoy our weekend in Durham with friends attending the Savanah Bananas baseball game. It was a perfect location to the stadium with a short uber ride. It was clean, organized and welcoming. Theresa welcomed us kindly and had a few little treats for the kids. So thoughtful! She was also very helpful and understanding when I reached out after we had checked out and couldn't find one of the kiddos Airpods. She looked behind us and was going to check with the house cleaner the next morning. Thankfully we found them later that night after we got home. Overall, a very pleasent experience with the owner and her house.

Amazing Property!
The house was beautiful, clean and cozy! The location was great as well, really close to all the hot spots downtown. The host was very gracious and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely home for a reunion in Durham
We had a very positive experience renting this property. The house was lovely and as pictured. Theresa was very helpful and provided us with an air mattress as an additional bed option. The check-in and check-out processes were a little unclear. We would rent again!

Highly recommend
This property is in a convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the evening on the sofa in fro t of the electric fireplace. Nice screened in porch. Everything was great, we have no complaints. The host was responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Really great property and host!
We were staying one night as a group before a wedding. The area was very clean and kept well, the host had put out a welcome basket with some snacks as well. They also provided an air mattress due to our rather large number of people. Would easily recommend!

This appears to be a new build home. It has nice amenities, and it’s design is cute and modern. The owner left a card and snacks which was very cute. Would definitely stay again!
