About this space
Location. Location. Location. This ranch home is in the heart of Cary, right off of cary parkway and the major high ways. Right behind and walking distance from Shoppes of Kildaire which has Trader's Joes, Barnes and noble and Aldi. Two minutes from WakeMed Cary hospital.

Right behind house backyard is an open field with a nice pond. Five minutes to Cary downtown and less than five minute to upper scale Fenton plaza.

House has been newly renovated with new paint, floors and windows.
The space
This is a very peaceful, calm, and family oriented neighborhood. This ranch home provides very simple, cozy and easy accommodation with three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, very large guest room, dining room, living room, two car garage.

The house was perfect for our needs. Great central location, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Family friendly. Comfortable mattresses. We appreciated the nice toys available for our grandkids. Our only complaint would be the use of plug-in air fresheners around the house as, they tend to bother some of us…give us headaches. We just removed them for our stay and put back when we left.

This was a perfect property for us. We traveled to spend time with our family. Our grandchildren go to the school across the street. We didn't have need of contacting the owner while we were there. We LOVED our stay there!
