This is a gorgeous, centrally located home in the heart of Five Points, one of Raleigh's most coveted neighborhoods. The home is conveniently located just minutes from downtown, NCSU, PNC arena, North Hills, Mid-town and so much more! Lovely property!
Stayed for a week to visit our son at NCSU and to sightsee as well. House accommodated 4 adults well - all beds were comfy. Quiet neighborhood - loved hearing the birds in the property trees. Location was convenient and property was as advertised. Host was responsive to our questions- great stay.

My niece is getting married and we wanted to have a night out in downtown Raleigh and wanted to stay overnight. I found this beautiful house and knew it would be perfect. The check in was so easy, the house was very clean and super cute. We had a fabulous time. The only thing I could see that could be done is maybe power washing the back steps as they were very slippery. Other than that this property was amazing and if I need a place to stay in downtown again I would book again.

We loved staying here. It was super conveniently located and a great deal. There was a slight issue with ants in the kitchen and the living area could be comfier if you are planning to stay in and hang out in the house, but we didn’t need that because we were busy around town! Great spot for a small group.

Cute House in Great Neighborhood
This place worked perfectly for the girls trip my mom and I took to Raleigh. It was easy driving to downtown and a bunch of great restaurants, and the neighborhood was quaint, quiet, and safe. I would stay here again.

This place is amazing. Incredible location. If you like craft beer there are two breweries within a quarter of a mile. The house was well maintained. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Nice Property in a Great Raleigh Neighborhood
Would give it 4.5 stars, but VRBO won't let you do 1/2 star rating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah's property. Great location: short drive or Lyft/Uber ride to PNC arena, downtown Raleigh(can also walk downtown in 30-50min depending on where you are going), multiple parks and museums. Nice, quiet neighborhood: just a block or two from 2 great breweries. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the front porch swing. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom. I think if there were 6 people staying, having just 1 bathroom might be tough, but it worked out fine for 2 people. We tend to cook all or the majority of our meals vs going out to eat and the kitchen could use more items. Sarah was quick to respond to messages as well. Would definitely look to stay here again if we are ever back in Raleigh.

LOVE this property
If only every VRBO was as awesome as this! Sarah the property manager was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. The property was exactly as advertised, spotless, and in a great neighborhood. Love the little nice touches like quality bath towels in the bathroom. Those things might seem little but matter a lot when you are traveling. Would highly recommend and will stay here every time I am in Raleigh if I can. Loved it!

We selected this rental based on proximity to family that live in the area and really enjoyed our stay. Soccer weekend getaway
What a great weekend escape. My daughter had a soccer tournament at WRAL soccer park. We decided we would go for the comfort of a home instead of the team hotel. What a great choice. It was ten minutes from the fields and close to countless restaurants and breweries. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
This is such a great location in downtown Raleigh. Short Uber ride to anywhere downtown. The neighborhood is so cute! My favorite part was sitting on the front porch swing in the morning, drinking coffee and watching the families walk by.

The stay was great. The house is very cute and charming with great decor. This was my first time using VRBO so I'm not sure if this is property or VRBO specific, but it was nice not having a long list of check out procedures. We still started the dishwasher but it was nice not stressing about other cleaning.

This house was cute and comfortable and perfect for our one night stay in Raleigh. We already had dinner plans downtown, but if we had not, we found that there are many places we could have just walked to. The location is great and the beds were all super comfortable. Also, the rooms are dark unless you open the blinds, which was great for sleeping! Plenty of light if you want it. There is a nice porch swing on the front and a nice deck in the back. Everything looked and smelled clean and we were very happy with the property.

Awesome Neighborhood, Super clean!
Our family of 5 rented this house to visit our NC State student. We were close enough to campus, awesome restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time as a family catching up in the living room or chatting on the adorable front porch swing. The house is extremely clean and decorated to feel like home. We thought the beds were very comfortable. Sarah, the owner, is responsive and helpful when answering questions. It was a perk to have a driveway to pull into, no worries about parking. We will surely be back!
