"This is a cozy little cabin which we selected because of the location and dog-friendly policy. It is a great value, although it does sit on a fairly busy road so you need to have very well-behaved dogs or keep them on a leash. The linens were clean and it had everything we needed. We appreciated having dinner at the pub next door when we arrived after a long drive."

It was very fun to be able to bring the dog as well. The owner and the local caretaker were both very communicative and helpful. I would definitely book again."

"Came up to the UP for a weekend ski trip and this year despite the lack of snow had a good day of skiing at Snow River in sweatshirts! The campfire Lodge was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms are close together upstairs, which is fine for a family and great to have two bathrooms. The kitchen is very nice and the dining area was great for playing cards.
