“The location is ideal for the seafront and restaurants. The bathroom was very spacious however the room itself was extremely tight.
Unfortunately the service was so bad, I will not be returning. When checking in, we had to speak to 3 different members of staff before finding out which room we were in, and not one of those staff members even said hello or greeted us in any way. They ran past us trying not to acknowledge our present, We were just left standing there with absolutely no information……

“We were very lucky to get a parking spot as it was just on the road at the front of the building.
Breakfast was excellent.
Unfortunately the en-suite consisted of toilet and shower only - the wash hand basin was in the bedroom where there were no towel rails.
The gentleman who greeted us was excellent as he had to do everything including cooking the breakfasts due to his manager being unwell.”

“Charming hotel and great location. Bar and restaurant onsite were very nice and handy. Breakfast was amazing! Hospitality of the staff, also amazing.
Don't let limited parking scare you, they have a nice arrangement for inexpensive overnight parking just across the street.
Older facility, so don't expect air conditioning, and of course we stayed there during a historical heat wave in the UK for May. On normal nights, I think temps would be fine.
Would recommend and stay at again.”

“The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side.
Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great.
Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend”
