“The location is ideal for the seafront and restaurants. The bathroom was very spacious however the room itself was extremely tight. Unfortunately the service was so bad, I will not be returning. When checking in, we had to speak to 3 different members of staff before finding out which room we were in, and not one of those staff members even said hello or greeted us in any way. They ran past us trying not to acknowledge our present, We were just left standing there with absolutely no information……

“We booked 3 nights at the Pegwell and I would say it’s the best hotel in Ramsgate. From getting a nice early check in, to the delicious breakfast every thing was spot on. The walk into Ramsgate is around 40 minutes and is lovely, we found the location perfect, and very quiet. Highly recommend the hotel and Ramsgate for a weekend break.”

“Lovely stay at the Royal Albion. Room was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. Super happy with breakfast and hotel overall.”

“We were very lucky to get a parking spot as it was just on the road at the front of the building. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the en-suite consisted of toilet and shower only - the wash hand basin was in the bedroom where there were no towel rails. The gentleman who greeted us was excellent as he had to do everything including cooking the breakfasts due to his manager being unwell.”

“The hotel is showing its age, but parking was okay. We were there at the end of May, and the room was quite warm; the only window that could be opened was tiny, which wasn't helpful. It must be unbearable in the room during the summer. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. We had dinner at the hotel, which was rather mediocre.”

“A great bedroom in a house that's full of character. En-suite shower-room with a fabulous shower. Warm and welcoming hosts. Fantastic breakfast with seriously good vegetarian options. Go there! We certainly will again. ”
