“We had an amazing stay in this cozy apartment in downtown Warren. It was in the perfect area for everything we wanted to do! We appreciated the space heaters in every room since it was colder during our stay. The building was very cute and we loved the history in and around it. Even though it was on the third floor, the stairs were really not too bad at all! We had no problem taking our things up and back down. The host was super responsive and they were so kind! We loved every part of this……

“Very great place to stay with friends and family or even a solo get away. It’s in the heart of downtown Ellicotville, walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and much more. The apartment itself was very clean and the pictures matched exactly to the in person experience. Loved spending the nights on the balcony enjoying the fresh air. Close enough to feel apart of the downtown vibe without being direct in line with the main foot traffic. If I ever find myself in the area again this on the top of……

“It’s a nice little apartment with parking literally outside your door so it’s convenient in that sense. Clean and well kept but we weren’t notified a family would be staying directly above us. Which is pretty neglectful due to the fact that I specified we were coming back to the area without our kids because we had such a nice vacation in the area (with the kids) over the summer and just wanted alone time for ourselves this time around. “Beautiful place and location was perfect for holimont & holiday valle and walking into town. Very close to train tracks, but train doesn’t pass often. 10am check out seems kinda early, but not a deal breaker. The host was very communicative and attentive. Over all the stay was a great time ”

“Just a few things, the smoke detector in the living room is way to sensitive. The knives are worthless. No salt in the bucket. Take the useless desk out an put in a couch or a couple comfortable chairs. Driveway and parking area needed to be cleared better. ”
