“Our stay was basically okay. Bed was comfortable and facilities okay. Please replace the worn and soiled chair by the bed. It makes the place look cheap and unappealing. It was also difficult to regulate the heater.”

“The room was great. Newly remodeled. I might be behind the times, but I liked it when you were given a sheet that gave site information regarding the pool, coffee bar, etc. There was nothing.”

Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. “Avoid this Motel. Room was nasty. Dog pee in the corner, ants, dog hair on the top sheets. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Drug paraphernalia outside in walk way. ”
