“Review: We absolutely loved our stay at this Luxurious Hilltop Home with Direct Dune Access and would definitely stay again! The property was clean, welcoming, and in a fantastic location with excellent parking. Being able to take a super short drive (about a block) to the dunes instead of trailering made the trip so much more enjoyable. “It was great for a budget rate motel. I've stayed here twice now. And will return. ”

“The place had a substitute cleaner we learned after calling the owner so some grace has to be given. The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw. “We did not get our room available to check in tell 8:45 pm at night, when having reservations for 5 months. This ruined our entire stay. The motel staff never once apologized rather made it ok to comp our room. We were on motorcycles for a weekend getaway that because of poor management our trip was definitely affected. We checked in at 1:00 pm, our room should have been cleaned right away. To not have a guest room available to 8:45pm at night, The least that could be done is the room free. This……

“This is one of the cutest places we’ve ever stayed. We loved the theme and artwork which was very thought out (we had the Record Room). It was so peaceful and beautiful right on the lake. The room had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. Dominic was great at check in and very friendly—gave good tips for dining spots in town. We wish our stay was longer and hope to come back soon!”

“Cute quaint room. Clearly an older motel, but we were happy with it. Had everything advertised. Shower though, could use something inside to put your soap on. Bed was comfortable. No AC, but fan was provided. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. ”
