Excellent Staff Service

Pros: Perfect location for my business meetings and great restaurants.
From check-in to check-out, all staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Room service was great, food was great, knowledgeable staff assistance for wireless internet connection with my laptop's high security level; late night restaurant staff were accommodating with a food order I could 'take out'. All around good experience.

Hotel needs some work

Pros: Convenient location, good amenities, front desk staff helpful.
Cons: Worn out, dirty carpets in room. Filthy windows, odor in room..
Location: Great central downtown location - convention centre, casino, etc

Nice, but....

Great location, friendly and helpful staff; however, outside of the lobby the rest of the hotel is quite worn and dated.

My room was by the pop machines, so noisy all nigh

Pros: Close to family also staying in hotel.
Cons: Noisy at night.
Location: Park nearby.
This is a very nice hotel. They upgraded me to a two bed room at my request with no charge, were quick to accommodate any requests. Nice choice with kids. Noise at night as my room was across from the pop machines. Quiet time after 11 applies to everyone and the pop machine room should have been locked.

OK, but could have been better.

Pros: Lounge and Good Food!
Cons: Small room, parking and unfriendly checking. Checkout was extremely friendly/helpful.
Location: Nice to be in a Hotel with a Lounge and Good Food!
Nice to have a hotel with a Lounge and place to eat (good food). Hotel is modern and clean, but the room was way to small and paying for a poor parking location (outside) was disappointing 😕.

Slow slow slow

Overall the staff was bad. Took 30 minutes to check in while already having a reservation. Waited 45 minutes to try to order breakfast with a well under half full restaurant. Received a carafe of coffee no cup and no beverages for anyone else at the table. We simply left and went to McDonald's. Parking is an additional $15 per night which bumps the room rate up considerably. Slowest elevators I've ever seen. Wait just long enough to to decide to take the stairs and then it shows up.

Quick Stay

Pros: Convenient, clean and comfortable
Cons: When I checked in the AC was not working. Maint. staff was prompt and all that had to be done was to reset the unit. Think about upgrading the system
I was able to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable

No hot water!

No hot water for a 6:30 evening shower! Quite refreshing! (Not) Some idiot running the hallways at 1:30am screening was real pleasant as well! Hall ways are dated and in need of new carpet!

Tropical stay in beautiful Regina.

Pros: It was close to everything downtown.
Cons: The room temperatures should be better maintained to ensure guests aren't checking into tropical paradises.
I thought I was coming out to Regina for a quick round of business meetings, but found myself in a tropical paradise. I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 PM and found my room a staggering 28 degrees Celsius. I quickly turned on the AC and set the temperature to be 16 degrees Celsius in hopes of cooling it down. I went for dinner and when I returned at 9 PM the room was 26 degrees. I left the room door open for the next hour to get some fresh air from the hallway in, but when I finally settled in for the night, it was still 25 degrees. I slept with the AC on all evening and awoke in the morning and it was still 24 degrees in there, with the AC running at full capacity all evening. I'm assuming the floor beneath me had the heat cranked and it was radiating upwards as the floor was noticeably warm to touch.
