“Had a wonderful stay in Milton which is a short drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach and Cape Henlopen park. The first words our child said when entering the house were "do not judge the book by its cover". It's much more spacious inside than it looks when you first pull up to the house - very clean, conveniently laid out, nicely decorated and with room to spread out and feel like you are in the privacy of your home rather than cramped in a small hotel room and surrounded by all sorts of noises.……

“Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.”

“We stayed at this property for 6 nights, everything was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We were just far enough to many shopping areas and grocery stores. It was very quiet and peaceful. Ed and Cindy are amazing hosts, we will be returning next year!”

“Came for the Nascar race. It was inexpensive, quiet, and just the kind of place we love. In addition to being closer to Dover, there are restaurants near and doordash with come to the property. We for there just a touch early and owner was able to accommodate a slightly early check-in. I recommend this property. ”
