“Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks ”

“I was in town on business and this nice little apartment was perfect. When I arrived, I had some issues with the keypad, and I couldn't get in (user error). I called Tung and they were able to get me in quickly. I really appreciated the responsiveness after a long day of travel. ”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……

“Everything was furnished well. The kitchen needed a cheese grater but had everything else we needed. Could have used more towels, hand towels and wash cloths. For our 7 day stay I had to wash towels 3 times. There was a washer and dryer which was great but would have rather spent my time doing other things. We had trouble with the lock on our door when we first arrived but a call to Sara and some new batteries solved that problem. The condo was clean and quiet except for the people who stomped……

“This was a great place to stay while we were dropping our daughter off for her sr. year at DSU! The location was central to her house in Camden, the beaches in Rehoboth and nature/marsh/beaches of southern Delaware Bay. We really enjoyed getting ice cream and walking the riverwalk. The house itself was fantastic!! It is an old house so be aware of that. We actually appreciated the character and charm that the history added to the experience over a 'new' property.
