Family weekend unr
Clean nice place. Quiet neighborhood. My son and a couple of his friends came over to watch the basketball game and play board games. This was our second stay at this place and hopefully we will be back next year too

Clean and comfortable!
We were supposed to come last year 2022, but due to wildfires and bad air quality, Katherine kindly rescheduled us to this year without any cost to us. The space is as described, spacious for our family of four. Everything is very clean and we slept very comfortably on the beds. Katherine provided everything that we needed. Highly recommended! Thank you Katherine.

Great first VRBO experience!
Katherine was a gracious, friendly host and responded quickly to our communications and requests. Accommodations were great. So nice to have all the amenities (full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, dishes/eating utensils, and so much more). Very homey and cozy.

A quiet retreat
I was very impressed with this place. Quiet, peaceful and private in the middle of Reno. The place was clean and well stocked with essentials. I was in town for an educational conference being held at a casino and this was a very welcome refuge from the noise and crowds. I was very happy with my stay here.

Close to everything! Great little cozy home
Friend and I trailered our motorcycles up from California for labor day weekend to ride the road to VC and rib cook-off! This VRBO location was beyond perfect! Close to everything we did all weekend! We met the owner,and she couldn't have been any nicer of a person! We WILL MOST DEFINITELY be a repeat tenant of this property! THANKS again K for your gracious hospitality!

Good Bargain!
The owner was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions etc. A good size for 2 people and short stays as it is a basement. I felt like I had a lot of privacy and LOVED the beds!

Katherine was great and was quick to respond and communicate. The home is conveniently close to the airport. There is a park just a block away although I wouldn’t recommend taking your children there. Most of the equipment was broken and there was trash and graffiti everywhere. There was a homeless person sleeping there as well. Katherine’s home was cozy and cute. And we enjoyed our stay there.

Most amazing stay!
5 star home!! We had an amazing time staying at Katherine’s place. It’s spacious, clean, quiet and has more amenities than you’ll need. Very well stocked kitchen. The property is located in a cute residential neighborhood. Katherine was so kind to give us helpful tips as we were arranging for sledding. She even let us borrow her sleds. Thank you Katherine!

San and his little daughter were wonderful guests. They were quiet and they left the apartment very clean. It was a pleasure to host them. I hope they come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Contact with host was 10/10 the whole trip. Check in and check out was super easy. Location was great. The house is fully stocked and then some. I would definitely stay here again!

Arrived on Amtrak’s Snow Train
My husband and I completely enjoyed our 2 night stay here! We came up on the Snow Train and appreciated the close proximity to Amtrak and Avis at the airport. We weren’t interested in going to casinos, so this quiet neighborhood was Perfect for us. Our host gave us a great recommendation for a nearby Italian restaurant. Being close to the Grand Sierra Resort made it easy to take our grandson bowling the night before his flight home. Good value and warm hospitality!

Absolute hidden gem
You have your own driveway for parking. Entrance to house through back “gated”yard. You have the privacy of the backyard with your entrance to home using a pin key entrance. The house is absolutely wonderful!! Quiet and has everything you’ll need to cook! Some VRBO homes don’t supply spices and cooking oils etc, but this one did! The neighborhood is quiet and you’re not too far from midtown or the downtown area. The owner provides telephone number to call or text if you need anything. Kathryn will contact you immediately!! If coming to stay, I would highly recommend this home! It’s PERFECT!!

We were in Reno for a dance convention and the location was perfect. Very close and convenient but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, host was quick to respond, and check in was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.
