The hotel is modern and rooms are clean. The only issue for us was the music at Ronda across the road playing the same “dj set” until 2am every evening meaning there was no point even trying to sleep until that stops at 2am. I’m not sure whether we’d stay again for that reason. Service is great but don't head here unless you love a late night party. The rooftop pool was lovely - beautiful view of the sea, and there was always free sun loungers/bean bags to sit on. The breakfast was amazing - we tried everything by the end of our stay and it was all very tasty! Amenities all as expected and the pool area’s nice. Comfortable room, with everything you need. Staff were fantastic and very welcoming. A la carte breakfast is a nice touch (and saves you needing lunch). It can probably get a little loud with the beach club and tennis courts next door in high season but caused no issues for me. Trotz Zimmerwechsel auf die Rückseite des Hotels ist an schlafen bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts nicht zu denken. Jeden Tag ruft der Nachtportier die Polizei ....von 4 Nächten kamen Sie dann 1x und dann konnte man schlafen. We specifically reserved a garden view room, expecting a pleasant view, but were disappointed to find that the windows faced directly onto our bathroom and bedroom. The misleading room description failed to mention that half of the rooms could potentially face the tennis court instead of the garden view. Had we been informed of this possibility, we would have chosen a different room to avoid the inconvenience of having to keep our curtains shut throughout our stay. This oversight significantly impacted our experience and stay at your hotel in Rhodes town. We urge you to address this issue to prevent future guests from encountering similar disappointments. I arrived a couple of nights before him and was made to feel very welcome right away. I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally friendly and keen to go out of their way to help you. I asked for a few restaurant recommendations and instead of a generic list, the hotelier took the time to think of local restaurants both she and her husband enjoy - which I found to be a lovely touch! The breakfast was always good, and we really enjoyed the Greek choices! The hotel is very modern and stylish, with the rooms and corridors full of poured concrete floors and walls. While this looks very nice, and is easy to keep clean, it did mean that noise travels very easily. We were woken some mornings by the cleaners down the far end of the hall simply because there were no soft furnishings to absorb the sound. Perhaps a rug in the bedrooms or a runner in the corridor would prevent some of the sound bouncing around quite as much. Overall we had a fantastic trip to Rhodes and the hotel is in a very good location to allow you to soak up the sun on the beach, take a stroll around Mandraki Harbour, or to investigate the Old Town. There are several trendy bars right outside your door (our favourite was Ronda), as well as great quality restaurants only a stones throw away! We would highly recommend Meltemi for good quality seafood right on the beach. We will definitely be recommending Cook's Club to our family and friends. ##### Olivia 2021 年 10 月入住 6 晚
