Lovely hotel- in a great spot. Excellent breakfast- lots of variety for all tastes. Only thing that let the room down was the creeky floor of the whole room that gave the impression to the occupants below and led to a complaint from reception that we were stomping about when in fact we had no shoes on at all! This then made us anxious when we moved around the room which was unfortunate and slightly soured our overall experience.

Going by the pictures and reviews I was expecting a high end hotel and comfortable stay. We booked a suite. There was no car park, and no car park nearby. We were put in a ‘suite’ outside where you had to walk over a wobbly loose paving stone and up stairs in a courtyard that could only resemble an American outside motel which for the whole afternoon was used to house trolleys full of linen. It was quite unsightly and should have been hidden. Inside the room was tiny, very dark, 3 of the lightbulbs were out, so difficult to see and when I went to speak to reception there was no one around. So really not impressed with the Customer Service either. The bathroom and toilet were very small. The bed was tiny, all in all, without going on too much the photos make this hotel look so so much more swish than it actually is. Most of the town was shut by 7pm so we had no choice but to spend the evening in the room, where the sofa was beyond uncomfortable. After checking in at 4pm we never saw anyone on reception again despite trying to talk with them about the issues we had about the room. We left early the following morning and still saw no one, so very disappointed with our stay and we will never recommend to anyone or come again

Good hotel
It was a good stay, the hotel is clean and staff at front desk are friendly. Perfect for wandering in the old town, close to restaurants and shops. The only difficulty is that the hotel does not have its own parking so you have to hunt a space down.

AWFUL visit
Arrived and after attempting to get AC to work in room was told it was out throughout the building. Offered key to open windows that were conveniently located above the entrance and a busy street. Amazing that the AC worked in the breakfast area and across the hall. Requested room change but since we booked with "Expedia" they did not want to accomodate AT ALL. Kept mentioing that throughout stay. If you don't want people to book on hotels.com ( which I used) don't offer lodging on site (pretty simple)!! Ask for fan- don't have fans! If you are AMERICAN avoid this place- Unfriendly and have no idea about what accomodating guests mean!! We paid 200+ Euros to stay at this location per night and NO AC- NO Free parking (see end comments) and charged 17.00 Euros for breakfast!

This hotel is in a perfect town for visiting Alsace. Staff were friendly and easily helpful. Our room with 2 twin beds was quite small. Having access to a jacuzzi and sauna was a plus.

Lovely stay in Ribeauville
Book this place for the location! Really at the entrance to Ribeauville, very easy to walk around at night or day, or to visit other places. The room was small but adequate. Bathroom was neat. The floors creaked a bit but we’re from the Netherlands so didn’t feel unusual. The hotel staff were really helpful with finding places to eat and getting a taxi to go around. Overall nice stay. Improvements could be adding a bottle of water to the room, also some freshening scent.

Great Place to Stay to Hike the 3 Castles
This is an absolute wonderful place to stay. The hotel was recently renovated, and it clearly shows. Free (and paid) public parking is very close-by. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only downside was our room. They put 3 of us in a room that barely fit 2 people (the 3rd bed was probably a "couch" but was already made up for us), but it was tolerable with small bags. However, the bathroom was not what we were expecting. The room was on the top floor with a slanted roof, and they put the (very deep) bath tub right under the slant, so you could not stand up in the tub and use it as shower. Because the ceiling slant was so low, you could not really get comfortable while bathing. I'm sure the room without a slanted ceiling had more conventional tub/showers. Something to ask about if you plan to stay here. Otherwise, the place is fantastic and the folks who work there are very friendly.

It is always good to hear the positives, but it is also important to get a feedback on the things we can improve on. Our rooms equipped with bath tubs do all have a slanted roof. Therefore, our bath tubs can only really be used for bathing. The rooms that are equipped with a shower, do not have slanted roofs. Of our 4 triple rooms, 2 are equipped with a bath tub and 2 are equipped with a shower. As you have rightly mentioned, we recommend our guests to let us know their preference before their arrival, so we can make the stay enjoyable for everyone. If you are planning on visiting us again, we would be honored and be happy to let you discover on of our triple rooms with a shower. A très bientôt as we say in French !

Notre avis sur cet hôtel dit 4* est assez mitigé... surtout au vu des tarifs pratiqué pour une nuit (284 euros), cela ne correspond pas à nos attentes compte tenu du prix. Points positifs : - Emplacement et parking gratuit à proximité. - Le jeune homme à l'accueil très sympathique et professionnel. - Le personnel travaillant au service du petit déjeuner était très souriant et agréable . - Décorations de la chambre et du SPA faites avec goût. - Petit déjeuner très bon et avec un large choix. - Boissons et céréales à disposition dans l'espace détente. - Sèche cheveux et bouilloire avec thé et café soluble à disposition dans la chambre. - Chambre bien insonorisé et spacieuse. Points négatifs : - Moisissure dans la salle de bain, tâches jaune sur la housse de couette du lit, Poussière sur la bouilloire... la propreté laisse à désirer pour un hôtel à ce prix. - Peignoir pas du tout adapté à toute les tailles, vraiment pas confortable. - Les chaînes de télévisions ne fonctionnent pas, elles sautent et se coupent constamment. - Aucun sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, obligé de remettre les peignoirs et maillots de bains froid et humide pour aller au SPA. Un minuscule radiateur qui ne chauffe presque pas se trouve dans la salle de bain, il y fait donc assez froid. - SPA beaucoup trop petit par rapport au nombre de chambres donc très vite bondé... La détente n'est plus au rendez-vous. - La gestion de la fréquentation du SPA le weekend est une catastrophe

Agréable mais peut mieux faire.
Hôtel bien placé. Présence d'un parking communal gratuit à 200 m. Ascenseur en panne les 2 premiers jours de notre séjour, escalier dangereux. Jolie décoration, personnel souriant et très aimable. Petits déjeuners variés et copieux avec un personnel aux petits soins. Petit SPA, mais bien agréable à condition de ne pas être plus de 6 personnes. Un plus pour les boissons fraîches ou chaudes, les fruits frais et secs mis à disposition gracieusement. Petite chambre donnant sur une affreuse cour intérieure qui pourrait être moins lugubre avec de la végétation et une belle fresque murale. Décoration moderne avec prédominance de noir ce qui n'ajoute pas de la luminosité dans une chambre où on ne voit pas le ciel. La chambre reste correcte mais sans plus pour un 4 étoiles, pas de fauteuil, pas de réfrigérateur. Dosettes de café mais pas Nespresso, thé et eau à disposition mais non renouvelé tous les jours. Douche avec ciel de pluie mais pression de l'eau réduite, donc très désagréable et surtout inefficace si on veut rester dans une démarche écologique car le rinçage est 2 fois plus long. Trés mauvaise literie. Le ménage n'est pas parfait, il manque toujours quelque chose : papier w.c un jour, serviettes de bain le lendemain et à l'accueil impossible d'avoir autre chose que des serviettes humides car apparemment il n'y a pas de sèche linge. En bref hôtel pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles et tarifs excessifs. 244 € /nuit avec petits déjeuners et taxes de séjour pour 2 personnes !!!!

Juste merveilleux !!! Literie, petit déjeuner, personnel, espace spa et détente.... Tout, tout était super 😉. On reviendra c est sûr et même plus tôt qu'on ne le pensait. 😉

Sortie WK Choix d'un hotel 4 etoiles, je dois reconnaitre que les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles(serviettes restees au sol, non changes, fenetre non etanches J'avoue avoir été decu
