I filed a BBB complaint because The manager refused to consider a refund for a reservation that was made and changed just the day before, causing me to pay twice for a crappy hotel. This hotel was the worst! Nothing like the pictures. Smelled horrible! Don’t stay here! Spend your money somewhere else.

The room looked nothing like the pics online. The first room smelled awful and unclean like months of cigarette smoking took place. The second room had ashes in a cup so that wasn’t clean either. The third room smelled fresher but had issues as well. I wasn’t expecting 4 or 5 star cleanliness but a disinfected and clean room was what I paid for. These rooms are marked non-smoking rooms on orbitz. 2/3 were smoking rooms.

Never have I seen hotel rooms as dingy and dirty as these. A complete renovation is needed to bring the property up to decent standards. Or bulldoze the property and start over.

Everything was just great. Room was spotless. It was very quiet. Everything in room functioned.
