Stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Hotel is well located off of Midlothian Hwy next to Target and Kohls. Lots of dining and shopping options in the area. Quiet and clean. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Would stay again.

Of all the hotels we’ve utilized in this area, this one felt nicely updated. The bathroom was modern and functional. No musty smell. The space was comfortable, and the location is convenient to many things.

This is a well-maintained, excellent place to stay. The downside is that there is not a safe way to walk to restaurants because there are no sidewalks. There are many fast food restaurants in the area but not many restaurants. You will need to drive to a restaurant.

Definitely loved that it is modern, this is why I chose the hotel. But, more attention and detail is needed in the cleaning: our bathroom had multiple hairs on the floor! There were hairs in the nooks and crannies of the bathroom as well as in plain sight.

Darius art the front desk was very kind and helpful. The lady that worked at the breakfast was wonderful too, i think her name was Maria. But the rugs are very dirty in the hallway abs the rooms. Outside the building is very dirty too.

It was nice. Breakfast was a little paltry after 8:45 and it was supposed to be served until 10. I chose this hotel specifically for a hot breakfast but eggs were already gone. Oh well

My kids and i were very comfortable. The only problem we had was that the fire alarm in our room was off 3 times in the middle of the night for no reason. Was very strange. Over 5 stars.

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. Blackout shade didn’t work. Was stuck down the entire time. A maintenance worker didn’t fix it and left a ladder in my room.
