Staff that check me in was very courteous and quick. Hotel was nice, but you can tell it was a little older and hallways were a little dirty. Room was nice and the beds were super comfortable. Was a good stay.

Modern comfort

Family reunion brought us north and we needed a place to stay over on the way home. This hotel was the best I’ve stayed in since the trip began. Hallways were a bit warm but the room was very cool and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern looking.

room maintenance was neglected. Entire hotel maintenance was neglected Had to request different room because "non smoking hotel" room assigned recreaked of cigarette smoke. Tables in breakfast area "rocked" when you used table top. Pool maintenance was not effective. No lift to access pool. Pool table felt torn numerous places. Only 3 balls available to play. My room door lever hung as if open and had to be bolt locked to secure. No room care from day one into day day 2. Wastepaper baskets not emptied. Towels not straightened or new ones placed. luggage carts almost impossible to move. some you could pull but not push. others had to be pushed but couldn't be pulled. I absolutely will not stay at this location in Richmond, IN again. What a disgrace to your reputation. This location should be razed.

On 06/2025, I spent 2 nights at Sleep Inn, Indianapolis, IN. I got a spacious 1 bedroom. It was clean. I did NOT see any bugs so I felt very comfortable. The location appeared to be safe. The parking can get crowded but more parking spots on the side and back of hotel (no parking fee). Breakfast on both days had scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, waffle maker and cereal. 24 hour staff and check out was very convenient. I had a pleasant stay.

staff was unprofessional, wasn't wearing anything to define them as staff. Breakfast was not good, no electricity working so no toaster, only cold cereal, the waffle maker did work, juice machine not mixing juice and coffee were very strong. Beds were comfortable.

Ok for the travel

I guess it was a ok stay, the pictures make it look way different and fancier then what it is, but overall it was ok. Comfortable beds, no smell on the rooms and bathrooms cleans.
