I loved the stay, it was only shadowed by lack of staffing that resulted in our room not being ready past check-in time and having to take a slightly smaller room instead since we had dinner plans and couldn't wait. Lack of staff also resulted in the bar/coffee area being closed on a Saturday. The staff that was there was very apologetic and lovely.

Lot of noise from outside such as people with loud music in the car, etc. The building is not soundproof. The place looked dangerous with drunk people. clubs? Not good for a family to stay may be bt noisy and building not sound proof

Great stay and very clean comfy room. The pullout couch was as expected -uncomfortable with the bar hitting the lower back. I don’t know if there is anything to be done about that

Really nice and up to date
Really nice and really clean and up to date hotel. Valet parking only. I have a Ram 3500 DRW and luckily there was an open air ParkMobile parking lot a block away.
