Stayed here on the way to NJ coming up from Florida. Comfortable beds, clean room, efficient and friendly check in. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. fast friendly service nice menu, good food. If I had to say anything negative it was about breakfast before we left. Server was not nice, order took a long time, order was incorrect and cold. Overall great experience!

The room had terrible stains in the carpet. It was so disgusting that I had to bathe my dogs after leaving your hotel. Never ever have I stayed in a hotel that looked so dirty. You should remove all horrific stains before renting a room or keep it out of commission. I would have taken pictures of the deplorable carpet condition if I had planned on providing a review just so you could understand what state the room was in.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and service was lovely. No hassles over Wifi or bottled water, which I really appreciated. The food in their on-site restaurant was tasty! Ample room to sit in the lobby and work or comfortably sit and chat. If I’m ever in Richmond again, I’d stay here again for sure.

I was in town for a wedding, and was very impressed. I was on the second floor which seemed like it had been renovated. It was clean, the beds were wonderful, the parking was free…I have zero complaints and would stay there again.

Flew in at Midnight and after already paying and booking for a room the staff at the front desk did not know how to work the credit card machine. Using a Corporate credit card with no pin the employee says that we must use a debit card. Never had that happen before. As I swiped the card it required a pin. Checking out the ladie was rude and would not give me a print out receipt as requested because she told me that I did not need it. Left Sunday morning to fly back home and found that they closed the restaurant so no breakfast or coffee. This was not disclosed to us prior to staying or checking in. Made it so we could not have food for the rest of the day due to a 8 hour flight. Very disappointing as we stay here every year but next year will change.

Did not like at all the condition of the King Bed coverings. There was no full cover on the mattress, only a small square, loose cover that "balled up." The sheet covering the mattress was not designed for a King Bed, was too small, probably meant for a Queen Bed. Hence the sheet could not be tucked in on the sides of the mattress, only left loose on top of the mattress. The "stuffing" for the comforter had slid to the bottom of the comforter, leaving the top 18" without any stuffing. Very disappointing quality of bed care for a Mariott facility. The hot water handle in the bathroom sink was not fastened down and moved around each time one turned the hot water on or off.

Would have been a nice stay, but bed bugs or some other pest made the first night awful. Everything was great in the room they switched me to for the second night. I would have expected some kind of compensation or credit towards purchases given the bug bites I'm taking home with me.

Great staff all around as well as Dalton the bartender. He was so very accommodating and Friendly. The room needs some bulbs changed. The bulbs don’t even match in our room but overall we love this place.

The Westin feels very safe and the parking was very easy and convenient. It was very hard to reach the front desk and I also had a weird feeling that my bed sheets were not clean- as if they just remade it from the last customer that slept there. That kind of creeped me out!

This was once likely a nice hotel- it needs some TLC. We weren’t sure our bed linens were all that clean and they didn’t seem to fit the bed properly. No one attended our room so we had to get clean towels, that were also old and worn. Lukewarm showers in a bathroom with worn out fixtures. We had an odd check in experience as well. The restaurant is nice however.
