“This property was acceptable but know the following things in advance: 1. The BART is more like 5-6 blocks and the neighborhoods are slightly questionable for safety. 2. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4.
