We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay -We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard -The rural location of this property is part of its charm but, unfortunately, means that wifi and cell service can occasionally be slow -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences -Since a sink garbage disposal isn’t available at our cabin, we don’t market it as an amenity in the listing -We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property - including the adjacent river and city park -Our surrounding community is still in the process of recovering after a flood, and restoration efforts are still underway -We have two outdoor cameras, as detailed in the property description to help ensure your safety when staying with us Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!
