Une semaine en famille en été (avec un bébé et un gros chien)
La situation du chalet, l'espace extérieur et intérieur, la distribution des pièces, la rapidité pour réparer le wifi, la gentillesse des interlocuteurs, les nombreuses possibilités de randonnées, la météo, tout cela était excellent. Marge d'amélioration sur la propreté et matelas d'un ou deux lits (grande chambre et chambre des enfants) à changer. En tenant compte de ces remarques, nous reviendrons volontiers une autre année.

Clean and great location!
The chalet was clean and so conveniently located to the slopes. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the mountain view. We highly recommend this chalet for families who want to ski in the morning, take a break at home for lunch and then hit the slopes again in the afternoon. We hope to return to Mont Rose on our next trip.

The property was lovely and exactly as advertised. The kitchen and chalet was amazingly well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Just like home from home. Beautiful location with a view the could not be beaten. Easy access to the chalet parking directly outside and easily reached from the main centre. Easy access to the mountains and chairlift, VIP passes are worth their weight in gold an excellent perk. Will definitely return, would love to see it in winter. The management company and service was excellent and beyond fault. Thank you.

We had a great time and it's a wonderful property.
We had a great time and it's a wonderful property...we really loved hiking on the various trails accessible directly from the property and indirectly via the cable cars available from La Tzoumaz. The only downside, which is relatively minor, is the drive up from and down to Riddes, which is about 15-20 minutes.

Very nice chalet, great location.
Hi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet. If we had a gripe it was the disappointing efforts of the management company. Having stayed in many chalets and apartments in the Alps, and always having found a few supplies on arrival, either left by the previous occupant or placed by the managing team. This was not the case here, in fact it looked like the kitchen cupboards and bathrooms had been cleared not cleaned. Little things like less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper being present. Not even a small bar of soap in either bathroom, or a small amount of washing up liquid or powder for the dishwasher. I have never experienced this before. Also the lack of effort outside. In the past always found paths cleared to the main door, especially if there are steps. This clearly was not the case, the clearing of snow was very minimal, which meant the steps down to the Chalet were a death trap; considering we were arriving after midnight and pitch dark. There had been no snow for at least 5 days prior to our arrival, so really no excuse for this lack of effort. To confirm, the Chalet was lovely and the location absolutely perfect. It's just the little things that make a difference, especially when you are arriving very late. I am pretty sure that the management agent is taking a healthy commission for their services, i do not think they are providing value for money.

Hello and thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you found the chalet lovely and in the perfect location. You arrived in a very sunny week and (as you would have noticed during your stay) each day the snow on the land around the chalet melted further and this then re-froze overnight, leading to fresh ice on the steps every night. Our snow-clearing team had indeed cleared the steps for a standard arrival (between 4pm and 7pm) but had not returned near midnight to further improve the steps for you by using some of the gravel and salt which are situated permanently by the steps, under the eaves of the chalet roof. As an incredibly responsive and customer-focused family business we are already discussing how to change our process in response to your comments and any further late arrivals will most likely have a pre-midnight visit to ensure that there are lights on to guide you to the chalet and that the access is still in good condition. Here is the text of the self-catering pre-arrival instructions that you received before your stay: "Sometimes the previous clients will leave behind items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cloths but you are expected to provide your own. The same applies to salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters etc. On arrival you will find a maximum of only one roll of toilet paper per WC so please plan your own supplies." I am sorry that the clients who stayed in the week preceding your visit did not leave any spares behind, but as this is a self-catering property (and not a hotel) we follow the industry standard for this geographical area. If you would be interested to return to La Tzoumaz in the future, my husband and I would be delighted to offer you the high level of service that our other clients receive. As an example, here is the type of comment that we normally receive: "I would like to say a very big thank you to Anna and the 4Vallees4Saisons team. Everyone was so helpful in the lead up to the stay along with the actual check in and stay. The office staff were always on hand with any questions."

Although the stay was gret, we would recommend adding a freezer in the kitchen, furthermore we think that the access to the chalet is notably dangerous when frozen, Freat stay nontheless, keep up the good work !

Beautiful chalet and very comfortable.
The chalet is extremely well appointed with every amenity. In addition the decoration, pictures and interesting objects in the chalet make this a home from home. The location is superb and skiing to the front door at the end of the day added to our enjoyment of our holiday.

Beautifully appointed chalet in a perfect, quiet location
The chalet was extremely comfortable and has been carefully and tastefully furnished to create a home from home with every possible amenity - everything we needed was provided. This did not feel like some of the holiday rentals we have experienced in other places at all. There are some lovely touches inside the chalet - both modern and typical alpine styles. We had a perfect week of relaxation inside and outside in the large garden with wonderful uninterrupted views and glorious weather. We loved the firepit outside on one or two cooler evenings. Certainly we did not want to leave but we hope to come back sometime. Excellent!

A wonderful getaway!
There were 8 of us who stayed here--two families with four children, ages 2-18, during the summer, and couldn't rave enough about this place! The views were outstanding and everything we needed was there and clean. Hiking trails were right out the door. If you are looking for a place to escape to the mountains with your family, this is a great choice!

Absolutely stunning views, great location, a wonderful home with everything you could possibly need.
Beautiful home with, extremely comfortable beds. Everything needed to enjoy a holiday, including great Dvd selection! Fantastic location with stunning views. Enjoyed lovely walks down to the village every day. Local swimming pool and playground great for kids! Went up to the top of the mountain on cable car trip, thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend a trip to chalet mont-rose!

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Nicht zuletzt Dank der tollen Unterstützung von Anna und Percy und dem sehr gemütlichen Chalet, das allen unseren Erwartungen gerecht wurde, haben wir eine tolle Neujahrswoche in La Tzoumaz verbringen können. Wir kommen wieder! Das Chalet war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Holz für den Kamin haben wir in der Agentur erhalten und auch einen extra Raclette-Grill (flammneu natürlich). Anna und Percy haben uns auch mit unserem Autoproblem zur Seite gestanden und schnelle Hilfe leisten können (Starthilfekabel heißen auf britschem Englisch Boostercable und nicht, wie im US Englisch Jumpercable, aber auch diese Frage war schnell geklärt).

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in schönem Chalet
Das Chalet liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und dafür war das Chalet wunderbar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es war auch schön sauber. Im Wohnzimmer waren die Sofas etwas durch gesessen, aber ansonsten war auch hier die Ausstattung prima. Sogar einen Kamin gab es, den wir an einem kühlen Abend beheizt haben. So entstand das typische Hüttenfeeling. Die Schlafzimmer und die Bäder waren sehr sauber. Leider klemmte das Haustürschloss und der Parkplatz am Haus stand nach starkem Regen unter Wasser und ist leider sehr langsam getrocknet. Hier wäre eine befestigte Zufahrt und Parkplatz von Vorteil. Wir haben uns in diesem netten Häuschen aber super wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Het waren twee fantastische weken.
Heel fijn huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De VIP passen waren heel fijn. Zo waren veel dingen toegankelijk voor ons allemaal, ook onze ouders en ons nichtje. Misschien een tip voor de eigenaar. De banken zijn vervangen mogen worden en dan wat meer gemakkelijke zitplaatsen.

Gemütliches Chalet mit direktem Pistenzugang
Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt in La Tzoumas. Das Haus hat eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Abstriche mussten wir nur ein wenig bei der Sauberkeit (viele Spinnweben/Staub) machen. Und das 4-Personen Zimmer ist mit ausgezogenen Betten wirklich sehr klein. Ansonsten hat man direkten Pistenzugang und einen tollen Blick ins Tal. Die Küche ist ebenfalls super ausgestattet.

Très beau chalet, avec une vue imprenable sur la plaine du Rhône.
Le confort et l'équipement du chalet sont aux rendez-vous, le gros bémol de ce chalet est l'accessibilité avec un grand break et les marches pour y descendre sont limites. Enfin durant notre séjour, la tranquillité des lieux a été perturbée par les va et vient des camions pour les travaux de construction d'immeubles au-dessus du chalet.

Bon service, beau chalet bien situé. MAIS trop petit pour 9 personnes !
Beau chalet, bien situé. Trop petit pour 9 personnes, pas ou peu de rangement dans la chambre 4 enfants donc sacs/valises dans tous les coins. Pas de lampe de chevet dans chambre twin bed, pas de local bottines donc hall encombré de 9 paires ! Pas de place pour ranger la nourriture dans la cuisine donc salon encombré de provisions. Douche du haut mal montée donc le jet de douche arrose le rideau. Nous avons apprécié les deux bouteilles de vin reçues mais nous espérons une compensation (remboursement) de 20% pour compenser ces inconvénients et vous prions d’ajuster le descriptif concernant la capacité d’accueil à 6/8 et pas 8/10. En vous remerciant.

Schönes Chalet in sehr guter Lage!
Ski in / Ski out -Chalet mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Einzig ein fehlendes separates WC (nur in den 2 Bädern) ist für eine grössere Gruppe zu bemängeln.

a great x-mas in the mountains
superbe petit chalet, bien situé par rapport aux pistes. chambres et sdb propres, par contre cuisine pas vraiment, ni les sols. Mise à part cela, nous étions enchanté de l'infrastructure du chalet et avons passé d'excellentes fêtes de noel en famille. Seul autre b-mol: la pente vers le chalet était tellement gelée que même un 4x4 ne montait plus. Il faut des chaines de neige! Si le chalet n'est pas vendu cette année nous y reviendrons volontiers. Service de 4v4s superbe aussi!

super Ferienhaus mit genialer Lage und Wiese zum spielen
die Lage ist herrlich... ach 5 Minuten ist man schon auf einigen wunderbaren Wanderwegen... Das Haus hat alles was man braucht... Im Garten hat es sogar genügens Platz zum Federball und Tischtennis spielen... wir kommen wieder...

Chalet magnifique
Chalet splendide très bien décoré. Dommage le manque de neige,les vacances de Pâques était tard cette année; mais l'arrêt de bus est pas loin.Petit paradis pour tous le monde.Les enfants ont joué dans le petit ruisseau juste à côté.Nous avons profité de la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Rhone.Nous reviendrons volontiers...

Tolle Ferien im Mont Rose
Wir verbrachten mit 5 Erwachsenen plus 1 Hund eine Woche im Chalat Mont Rose. Tolle Lage duch direkten Zugang zu Skipiste. Modernes und sehr schönes Chalet mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine Empfehlung! Die Betreuung durch Anna und Percy war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit..

L'orientation nord de notre village est l'un de nos plus grands atouts car elle protège la qualité de notre neige.
