Rooms were on the small side and needed some cosmetic work on the inside. Water was nice and hot and pressure was great. Wanted to go swimming but pool did not look very appealing. When I arrived, the manager, Noman (from Bangladesh), was so kind and welcoming. He actually showed me the room first to make sure I liked it! He said if I didn't like it, he would change it for me. I felt very cared for. The Room: The room is remodeled and very clean. I really liked that it has wood floors, not old carpets. The room is a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. The bathroom vanity is also new and a good size. One small thing: The shower booth is a bit small, and the curtain is short, so some water leaked on the floor. But everything else was great. The Best Part: Noman is a great manager. I needed some boiled water in the morning, and he personally boiled it for me. I want to give him a high score for his service! Final thoughts: This is the best value hotel in Ridgecrest. You cannot find this kind of clean room and great service for this price. Everything was newer and in great condition. The only thing is the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. Also, they didn't recognize that my kids were staying at the hotel, and when they were waiting for me to pick them up. The hotel manger kept asking them to leave. I spoke to him the next morning and he was very apologetic.
